Back to the Future star Crispin Glover sued for battery by model who claims he wanted her to be his ‘sex slave’

Crispin Glover, known for his role in Back to the Future, is facing a lawsuit from a British model who claims he physically assaulted her. Glover has stated he did not commit the alleged actions.

Court filings obtained by the Daily Mail reveal the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Donald Glover convinced her to move from the UK to Los Angeles with promises of housing and employment. She claims that once she arrived, he intended for her to be essentially a live-in girlfriend and subjected to sexual exploitation.

According to 30-year-old Doe, 61-year-old Glover attempted to monitor and control her, and once prevented her from entering their home after she went to a mosque, leaving her without shelter.

The plaintiff stated in her lawsuit that after attempting to remove her cats from the property, Glover supposedly grabbed her by the neck and put her in a headlock, then called the police and falsely sought a restraining order against her.

She stated that his request for a restraining order was quickly denied because he didn’t follow through with the legal process. She then claimed he continued to bother and pressure her for a sexual relationship.

Mr. Glover’s lawyer responded to the Daily Mail, strongly denying the accusations against him. According to the lawyer, on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was actually attacked at his home in Los Angeles by a woman named Jane Doe. He reported the incident to the LAPD, who investigated and arrested Ms. Doe.

According to the statement, police records and a restraining order Mr. Glover previously filed against Jane Doe support these claims. Mr. Glover plans to strongly defend himself and seek all legal options available, believing the lawsuit is false and will be proven so in court.

Jane Doe, who has autism, stated that Leonardo Glover initially contacted her on social media in 2015 and began attempting to persuade her to relocate to Los Angeles.

She said that she considered him a friend back then, but he made inappropriate romantic or sexual moves towards her in their letters and messages.

According to her lawsuit, he reportedly showed her Nazi collectibles when they met in Dresden in 2023, but she continued to communicate with him because he promised her a potential job in the entertainment industry.

She claims she was manipulated with false promises of a better life, which led her to move to Los Angeles in early 2024 and rent a place from Glover. She says she gave up her apartment in Europe and sold most of her possessions because he encouraged her to do so.

Doe alleged that Glover wanted her to live with him as a girlfriend and work for him without pay. She also stated he monitored her location, tried to dictate her activities and who she spent time with, and discouraged her from going out.

She stated in her complaint that she identifies as a Muslim and that he threatened to lock her out if she attended the mosque.

She didn’t believe his threat and went ahead, but when she came back, she discovered he had supposedly locked her cats and possessions inside the house, as stated in her legal complaint.

According to her lawsuit, Glover became angry and agitated when she tried to get her cats back. He then attacked her, grabbing and choking her until she suffered a visible neck injury that left a scar. She included a photo of the scar in her lawsuit, claiming Glover caused it.

According to court documents, Glover called the police and falsely reported the plaintiff as a trespasser, even though she was a tenant who had been invited to be there and was legally living in her home.

I was absolutely devastated when he filed for a restraining order against me. It felt like a completely malicious and dishonest attempt to hurt me, and unfortunately, it spread like wildfire online. The damage to my career and reputation has been lasting – it feels truly permanent, and it’s been incredibly difficult to overcome.

Doe is suing Glover, claiming Glover physically assaulted them, committed fraud, falsely prosecuted them, intentionally caused emotional distress, and illegally evicted them.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m deeply saddened to hear about this situation. She’s taken legal action, claiming he used intimidation and threats – even violence – to control her movements and essentially trap her in a coercive and unwanted sexual relationship. It’s a clear case of someone attempting to strip away another person’s basic rights and freedom, and she’s rightfully pursuing justice under the Tom Bane Civil Rights Act.

Doe is asking the court to award her both general and specific damages, as well as punitive damages. She’s also requesting that the court cover her legal costs, including attorney’s fees, and grant any additional relief the court deems appropriate. Finally, she has requested her case be decided by a jury.

According to law enforcement sources, Donald Glover contacted police on March 2, 2024, reporting an assault at his Silverlake home. He claimed a man and a woman attacked him. Police responded to the call, but no arrests were made, according to TMZ.
