Avowed’s Elder Offerings Quest Walkthrough: A Solemn Journey

Throughout their journey in Avowed, players will encounter numerous Non-Player Characters (NPCs) who’ll propose different tasks for the players to accomplish. One such side mission is called “The Elder Offerings” which you’ll receive from Rossana in Fior Mes Iverno. She’ll ask the player to act as the Envoy, visit the graves of elders, and place offerings on them. But be warned, this won’t be an easy task as you’ll encounter hostile spirits and ghouls along the way. Here’s a simplified guide for completing this quest in Avowed:

1. Speak to Rossana in Fior Mes Iverno to receive the “Elder Offerings” quest.
2. Follow the given location to find the graves of elders.
3. Place the required offerings on each grave.
4. Prepare for resistance as you’ll encounter angry spirits and ghouls during this task.
5. Successfully complete the tasks assigned by Rossana to finish the quest.

Visiting All Three Gravestones & Leaving Offerings

In the Emerald Stair region of Avowed, players may come across Rossana at the Fior Mes Iverno settlement. You’ll find her positioned behind the bounty board, near a tent. She’ll assign you with the task of leaving certain food offerings at gravesites in three distinct locations, marking the beginning of the Elder Offerings quest.

Following the discussion, players may opt to interact with Ilena, the grain merchant in the Farmer’s Market, and share details about the edibles provided by Rossana. If you elect to return the pilfered food, the Elder Offerings quest will conclude. On the other hand, should you decide to purchase the food (costing 100 Copper Skeyt), the opportunity to fulfill Rossana’s request persists.

The Gravestone in Truffle Farm

Keep in mind, there are some adversaries stationed above these steps which you might need to vanquish to access the area beneath.

The Gravestone in the Swamp

As a devoted follower, I’ve seen off the threatening adversaries, then stepped into the hallowed tomb. There, I placed food offerings upon the burial stone, which marks the fulfillment of all three objectives for the Elder Offerings quest in Avowed.

Talking to Rosanna & Receiving Your Reward

Head back to Rossana at the Frostblossom Village, and have a heartfelt chat with her. She’ll express her gratitude for your help in accomplishing her mission and request that we join her in a prayer for the spirits of those who have passed on.

Make certain to grant her final wish following the prayer, because afterward she’ll compensate players with a reward. This reward is an ornamental item that players can use to lower the damage they receive from Vessels (the undead enemies such as skeletons) by 5%.
