MCU fans have a lot to look forward to in April 2026! The month will bring new episodes of the Daredevil: Born Again series on Disney+, with the season continuing throughout April and concluding in May. Plus, major announcements are expected from two big events: CinemaCon and Comic-Con Experience (CCXP) Mexico, adding to the excitement surrounding upcoming projects like Avengers: Doomsday.
Even though Marvel Studios doesn’t have a big movie release in April, it’s a time for the MCU to recharge and build excitement for upcoming projects like Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Avengers: Doomsday.
Every Major Date In April 2026 MCU Fans Should Look Out For
April 7 – Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 4

After the dramatic prison escape in the last episode of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, Episode 4 will likely focus on the increasing conflict between Daredevil’s allies and Mayor Fisk’s task force dedicated to stopping vigilantes. The previous episode showed Fisk preparing for a boxing match, and with the next episode titled “Gloves Off,” that fight is expected to become a major part of the storyline.
As a huge Daredevil fan, I’m really on the edge of my seat with this new season! Seeing Fisk and Vanessa so publicly at the boxing match feels incredibly risky, and with Bullseye around, they’re just sitting ducks. The trailers showed Fisk looking absolutely furious and pointing a gun – it seems like a showdown between him and Bullseye is coming, and honestly, it feels like it could be a turning point for the whole season of Daredevil: Born Again.
April 14 – Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 5

If Bullseye and Wilson Fisk fight in Episode 4, the following episode of Daredevil: Born Again might show Daredevil rescuing Bullseye. This would be a callback to the beginning of the season, when Bullseye helped Daredevil.
The unexpected team-up between Daredevil and Bullseye is generating a lot of excitement for Daredevil: Born Again. Seeing these longtime enemies put aside their differences and work together is exactly the kind of compelling story fans want to see.
April 15 – The MCU Collection on Disney+ Is Complete

Starting Wednesday, April 15th, you’ll be able to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home on Disney+. This is a big moment for the streaming service, as it means the complete collection of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films is now available in one place.
This release is fantastic news for all Marvel fans, whether they’re new or have been following the series for years. Now, everyone can watch the complete Infinity Saga and most of the Multiverse Saga all in one place, just in time for the upcoming two-part conclusion with Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
April 16 – Disney’s CinemaCon Showcase

MCU fans have a lot to look forward to on April 16th! Disney will be presenting at CinemaCon in Las Vegas (from 2:30 to 4:30 pm PT at Caesars Palace), and it’s expected to include a first look at footage from Avengers: Doomsday. Similar to last year’s CinemaCon, this event is likely to feature major announcements and previews of upcoming Marvel films.
Fans can expect details about the special footage shown at the event to appear online the same day, giving them plenty to discuss about how the Multiverse Saga might end. There’s also a chance we’ll hear new plot points and learn about surprise cast members joining the movie, which will likely create even more excitement for Doomsday.
April 21 – Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 6

As a huge fan of the old Marvel Netflix shows, I was so excited to see Krysten Ritter back as Jessica Jones in Episode 6 of Daredevil: Born Again! Honestly, just seeing her appear has everyone talking and makes the rest of the season feel incredibly promising.
After their successful collaboration in The Defenders, it would be great to see Jessica Jones and Matt Murdock reunite in Daredevil: Born Again. This could finally reveal what Jessica has been up to since we last saw her in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and potentially offer some news about the whereabouts of Luke Cage or Iron Fist.
As a huge Marvel fan, I was thrilled with this team-up! It’s a real treat for those of us who’ve been following the Netflix shows, and it does so much to build out the grittier, street-level side of the MCU. Plus, getting to see a beloved character return – and knowing she’ll be sticking around even after Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 – is just fantastic. It feels like a really smart move for the future of the universe.
April 24 – Start of CCXP Mexico

Marvel Studios will be at CCXP Mexico 2026, beginning April 24th. They’re likely to share new details about the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday movie, possibly including concept art and posters, giving fans a first look at what to expect from the film’s heroes and villains.
Sony Pictures will be at CCXP Mexico, and they might share some fresh details about the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Although a short teaser trailer has already been released, fans could see new quotes, posters, or a longer clip at the event.
April 28 – Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Episode 7

The second-to-last episode of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 airs on April 28th and promises significant consequences for everyone involved, particularly following Jessica Jones’ return in the last episode.
We might see Daredevil and Jessica Jones team up, and Mayor Fisk could start taking extreme risks as more people oppose him.
The title of this episode, “The Hateful Darkness,” suggests upcoming twists and betrayals that could have significant consequences for both sides as the show builds toward its highly anticipated finale.
BONUS DAY (Unknown April 2026 Date): The Punisher: One Last Kill’s Trailer Release

During the release of the midseason trailer for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 on April 6th, a quick preview of The Punisher: One Last Kill was also shown. This preview offered a first look at a bearded Frank Castle. Now that Marvel has shared initial footage, the full trailer for The Punisher is likely to be released this month.
The first trailer for The Punisher: One Last Kill might be released during the last week of April, likely around the same time as the seventh episode of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.
