It’s clear the medication is working well for Amanda. She also appears healthy, with good skin suggesting a nutritious diet. Plus, her toned arms and neck indicate she’s likely exercising regularly while losing weight.
‘It looks like she is doing all the right things.’
If Bynes makes good choices, she might be able to maintain her weight loss even after stopping her medication.
Partier believes that if she continues to eat a diet rich in protein and vegetables, while limiting processed foods, dairy, and sugar, she should be able to maintain a healthy weight after stopping her medication.
‘There is a way to maintain the weight loss, she just needs to be diligent.’
To maintain a healthy weight, it’s best to avoid fried foods and excessive sugar. Focus on eating whole, nutrient-rich foods instead. Healthy fats, like those found in nuts and avocados, are still good choices.
