The creators of Counter:Side, Studio Bside, announced that their new fantasy RPG, StarSavior, will launch worldwide on March 19th. First shown in November 2024, the announcement came during a recent livestream, and players can now pre-install the game on both Google Play and iOS. Free SSRs

The game is receiving a large number of powerful units through collaborations and the recent global launch. Now is a fantastic time for new players to begin, as there’s a huge influx of these top-tier units, making it a great opportunity to jump in and experience everything the game has to offer.

Okay, so the new SSRs dropping are pretty awesome! We’re getting Yoo Mina through the collab, and I’m hyped about the SSR vouchers! There’s nine of them, split evenly between Sun, Moon, and Star attributes – three vouchers for each. Plus, there’s one special SSR selection coupon that can even snag you the Cosmic Tier Savior! Definitely saving up for those.

The number of pulls across the collaboration and launch

Okay, so the game just launched with the Counter:Side collab, and I’m already seeing how much stuff we can pull! It looks like we’re getting over 750 pulls for saviors (that’s the characters) and 320+ for arcanas – which are basically the savior’s gear. If you really dive into the late-game content and grind it out, you could easily hit 1000 pulls total. It’s a lot!

The content coming with the collaboration

Okay, so when this game finally launches globally, it’s coming with everything they’ve already perfected on the Japanese and Korean servers over the last three months – all the little improvements and bug fixes. Plus, we’re getting all the story content, every SSR unit, and all the Cosmic Units, complete with their arcanas! They’re also bringing back all the events we might have missed, and kicking things off with a big collab event called The Vestige of Corruption 1 – The Monologue Must End. I’m so hyped!

This special event starts when the game launches and lasts for three weeks. Be sure to participate to earn exclusive SSR characters, including Yoo Mina, Hilde, and Rosaria. Hilde and Rosaria will be featured prominently, and Rosaria is a unique cosmic-level SSR character available for a limited time.

Final Thoughts

The game is shaping up to be a beautiful and enjoyable experience. I’m especially excited for the worldwide release so I can discover all the diverse NOA cities – from coastal towns to snowy landscapes – and learn about their unique cultures and offerings.
