Adam Peaty’s sister, the only family member present at his wedding, has spoken out about the ongoing conflict between her mother and the Ramsay family.

Bethany Peaty, age 32, faced family criticism for publicly supporting her brother after attending his wife Holly Ramsay’s bachelorette party and their wedding at Bath Abbey in December.

Beth has spoken about how upsetting the family disagreement is, explaining she feels torn between supporting her mother and her Olympic athlete brother.

Despite ongoing conflict between them, Beth recently told the Daily Mail she’s reconciled with her mother, Caroline, 60, wanting her children to have a peaceful relationship with both of them.

Beth, a caregiver with an eight-year-old son and a five-year-old daughter, shared with the Daily Mail that things have been really tough lately, explaining she feels stuck in the middle of the disagreement.

I’ve reconciled with my mother, especially for the sake of the kids. They love her, and she’s a wonderful grandmother and a good mom.

Beth, who is marrying Daniel Rogerson, 37, expressed her sadness that their mother was not allowed to attend the wedding, calling it ‘a real shame and very upsetting’.

She suggested she’d attempted to mediate between the two people who were fighting, but explained she wasn’t able to resolve the issue, adding that people from her family, the Peatys, are known for being strong-willed.

Beth acknowledged being initially captivated by the glamorous lifestyle of celebrities, but a family insider says she’s now moved away from the Ramsay family.

In response, Beth shared: ‘It’s a wonderful world, a very different one to the one we know.’

Oh my gosh, she talked about the Ramsays! She said they’re such a good family and that they immediately made her feel welcome. I’m so happy she’s getting along with Gordon, Tana, and even Holly! It just makes everything even more perfect, honestly. I knew they’d be lovely!

She admitted she had no idea when she and her fiancé would get married, and joked that their wedding wouldn’t be as extravagant as those thrown by Gordon Ramsay.

Beth’s comments come as a family source claimed that she had been ‘a bit of a snake’. 

According to reports, Beth briefly experienced a more glamorous lifestyle and compromised her values by supporting Adam’s involvement in it.

‘She’s come running back to mum and they have reconciled.’ 

The mother of two was the maid of honor at the Ramsays’ wedding. Beth and Holly’s sisters – a police officer named Megan and a chef-in-training named Tilly – also turned heads in stunning, floor-length red satin gowns.

Although it’s surprising to hear that Adam and his sister are now distant, especially since they appeared close, a source revealed their relationship wasn’t always strong and that they weren’t particularly close as children.

According to the source, Beth also feels bitter towards Caroline for not being present during her childhood, particularly while Caroline was focused on taking Adam to swimming lessons.

The source added that this is reassuring for her. Beth is now supportive again, understanding where her true allegiances are.

Now that the wedding is over and Adam is focused on his new life, she’s realized the importance of family and has made up with her mother.

They also explained that the recent agreement in January is closely connected to the legal issues surrounding Adam and Beth’s brother, James.

I’ve been following this case closely, and it’s really upsetting. Jamie Peaty, a 34-year-old builder, is still out on bail while the police investigate claims that he verbally abused and harassed Adam. It means he’s not been cleared, and he could still face charges. I just hope everything gets resolved fairly for everyone involved.

He was arrested last November after being accused of sending threatening messages to the Olympian while on his bachelor party trip to Budapest, Hungary.
