Channel 4 is now showing a captivating Italian crime drama, Inspector Ricciardi, that’s ideal for a weekend of watching multiple episodes. The series, which originally aired in Italy five years ago, follows an inspector with a unique and rather strange ability.
He has the ability to see ghosts – specifically, those who met violent ends – and he uses this gift to investigate crimes in 1930s Naples.
You can now watch all three seasons of the show on Channel 4 in the UK, through Walter Presents.

The TV series Inspector Ricciardi is based on the novels by Maurizio De Giovanni. Lino Guanciale, known for his role in The Count of Monte Cristo, plays the lead character, Inspector Ricciardi, alongside Antonio Milo, Enrico Ianniello, Serena Iansiti, and Peppe Servillo.
Everyone seems to be loving the show! I saw one review on IMDb that called it ‘delightful’ and said it was honestly one of the most beautiful series they’d ever watched. It’s really making an impact, and I can see why!
