
The cast for A Quiet Place Part III has been announced, including a rising star from the movie Sinners. John Krasinski is back to write and direct the sequel, which is expected to hit theaters on July 30, 2027. The A Quiet Place films, along with the 2024 prequel A Quiet Place: Day One, have been very successful for Paramount Pictures, earning a total of $900 million around the world. Fans have been waiting a long time for Part III, which will conclude the original trilogy that began in 2018.
John Krasinski announced the new cast members for A Quiet Place Part III on X (formerly Twitter). Joining the franchise are Jack O’Connell (known for Sinners), Katy O’Brien (Love Lies Bleeding), and Jason Clarke (Oppenheimer). It’s currently unknown what roles they will play. Emily Blunt, Noah Jupe, and Millicent Simmonds are returning from the previous films, along with Cillian Murphy, who first appeared in A Quiet Place: Part Two. Krasinski shared a photo of the scripts, each with a cast member’s name, and announced the release date: July 30, 2027. He expressed his excitement about the growing A Quiet Place family.
Jack O’Connell is building a strong resume in the horror and blockbuster genres. He recently starred in A Quiet Place: Part III, following his role as Remmick in the Academy Award-winning film Sinners. He also appeared in 28 Years Later and reprised his character, Jimmy Crystal, in the 2026 sequel, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. Looking ahead, O’Connell will be featured in the 2027 film Godzilla x Kong: Supernova.
Katy O’Brien is quickly becoming a prominent actress, with roles in popular projects like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Twisters, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, and the series The Mandalorian. Jason Clarke is a well-known character actor who has appeared in films including Zero Dark Thirty, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Mudbound, and First Man. Clarke previously collaborated with A Quiet Place Part III co-stars Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt on Oppenheimer.

Summer 2027 is starting to look exciting for moviegoers! A Quiet Place Part III is scheduled for release between the sequel to A Minecraft Movie and the new films Miami Vice and The Bluey Movie. Other big titles planned for that summer include The Legend of Zelda, Star Wars: Starfighter, Paranormal Activity 8, How to Train Your Dragon 2, Shrek 5, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, and Man of Tomorrow. The Quiet Place movies have been very successful for Paramount, especially during the summer, so expectations are high for the third and final installment.
