The television host, age 51, has dramatically changed her lifestyle over the past five years, losing approximately 11 stone through diet and exercise.
Her makeup artist shared a series of glamorous photos on Instagram Monday evening, showing off the results.

In the photos, she was wearing a short black velvet dress that showed off her fit legs, paired with bold red high heels.
Her make-up artist Mikey Phillips captioned the snaps: ‘High Heels, Bold Moves, Zero Apologies.’
Alison has shared that she’s taken up Reformer Pilates and circuit training to help maintain her weight, explaining that she’s choosing this approach instead of weight loss injections.

Alison feels fantastic after a tough workout, and she’s always open to new wellness trends. However, there’s one practice she definitely won’t be trying.
In an interview with Closer Magazine, she shared a story about trying a gold plunge pool. She said it was a terrible experience, lasting only about a minute, and she immediately wondered why she was putting herself through it.
Reformer Pilates, a workout favored by celebrities like Meghan Markle and Jennifer Aniston, is becoming increasingly popular in the UK. A typical 45-minute class costs between £25 and £40.
Alison had previously said she wasn’t interested in weight loss injections, choosing not to use them because she was worried about negative stories she’d heard.
She shared with Good Housekeeping UK that while she believes assistance lines are helpful for those who need them, she personally gets anxious whenever she hears negative stories about them.
Honestly, I’ve steered clear of those options personally, but that doesn’t mean I’m ruling them out forever. And I definitely wouldn’t judge anyone else for choosing to use them ā everyone has their own preferences, and that’s perfectly okay!

The TV star, who once weighed 28 stone, shared with Heat magazine that she’s working with a personal trainer who fits workouts around her busy schedule. When she’s working, she prioritizes walks instead of full training sessions.
You know, staying consistent with wellness is key for me, so when I’m home, I really prioritize a morning session with my trainer. It’s usually just an hour, and I aim for about four days a week to make it a solid routine.
She shared that she doesn’t restrict any foods, instead prioritizing balance in her diet. She explained, ‘I enjoy everything, but I make sure to eat in moderation.’
Alison shared that her mother, Maria, who sadly passed away in January 2020 after battling lung and liver cancer, inspired her to make significant changes to her lifestyle.
