Emma Hernan from Selling Sunset has apparently broken up with her boyfriend, Blake Davis, for good. Sources say they had a major argument at his house in Florida in early February, leading to the final split.
According to TMZ, the 34-year-old reality star had a huge fight with her former 28-year-old client over some old problems. She was so upset she immediately left without saying goodbye and flew away on a private jet.
I heard from people close to Hernan that she really did try to salvage the relationship, but things had become incredibly unhealthy. It’s sad, but they’ve both completely cut ties – they’ve even unfollowed each other on Instagram now.
On Tuesday, Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group seemingly acknowledged a breakup with a TikTok video. The message warned against taking the high road, stating that people need to face the consequences of their actions.
Hernan, with over 2.8 million followers on social media, hinted at a big reveal this Thursday. He playfully asked his audience to guess what it might be, using the hashtags ‘#morefishinthesea’ and ‘#outwiththeoldinwiththenew’.
After TikTok user @nicole_renee1005 left a comment with an engagement ring emoji, the blonde social media personality, originally from Boston, responded with two laughing emojis and a firm ‘Definitely not.’
Taylor Swift’s song ‘the 1’ from 2020 was playing softly, with lyrics about wanting someone to make their feelings known, like ‘And if you wanted me, you really should’ve showed,’ and reflecting on what could have been with lines like ‘But it would’ve been fun / If you would’ve been the one.’
The Daily Mail has reached out to Hernan for comment.

Hernan and Davis started dating in April 2024, about a year and a half after Hernan first noticed her on Instagram.
The successful businesswoman kept her relationship private until the ninth season of the show, when she shared that her partner became increasingly jealous and controlling. This led her to make the difficult choice to break up with him.
Hernan’s commitment to her partner caused a falling out with her “Selling Sunset” co-star Chrishell Stause. Chrishell publicly accused Hernan of holding controversial views, including supporting the ‘MAGA’ movement, using a racial slur, and dismissing the importance of personal pronouns.

Last May, Davis stated in an interview with the Daily Mail that he and his team avoid discussing politics and that he never speaks negatively about others.
He acknowledged a mistake he made when referring to G Flip, Chrishell Stause’s non-binary spouse, using the term ‘Ms. Stause’s wife’ instead of their preferred pronouns, ‘them’.
As someone who’s observed relationships for a long time, I can tell you that things got really difficult with him. Honestly, I started to feel unsafe because of how he reacted to things. It escalated to the point where he publicly threatened to sue me – a pretty shocking experience, I have to say.
Stause explained that Hernan would confide in her about terrible things he’d done. She supported her friend through those difficult times, but was frustrated when her friend would then return to Hernan.
It’s really getting me down that she’s posting pictures from his yacht and won’t return my calls. I’m trying to stay positive, but it’s hard. I initially blamed him for everything, because she seemed unaware of what was going on. But I’ve realized they’re both on the same page, and she’s choosing to be with him. It’s just not a dynamic I want in my life.
The Neighbours actress concluded: ‘At this point, they deserve each other. I wish them the best.’
