Paul McCartney’s lookalike grandson Elliot Donald, 23, finds love with stunning model Stella Jones – the daughter of The Clash legend Mick

Paul McCartney’s grandson, Elliot Donald, has publicly revealed his relationship on Instagram with model Stella Jones. Interestingly, Stella is also the granddaughter of Mick Jones, the famous guitarist from the band The Clash.

On Valentine’s Day, 23-year-old Stella posted a cute photo with Elliot, a 23-year-old music scout, on Instagram, adding a heart emoji to the caption.

The couple, both New Yorkers, looked happy as they posed for a photo – she wore a bright yellow mini dress, and he wore a white shirt with the collar open.

According to a source, the couple was introduced by friends and have been quietly dating for some time. Elliot prefers to keep his personal life private, but the source says they are very happy together and a great match.

Elliot is the son of Mary, Paul’s daughter, who is 56 years old. Mary and her ex-husband, Alistair Donald, are also parents to Arthur, 26. She also has a 17-year-old son named Sam with her second husband, Simon Aboud.

Stella’s father, Mick, age 70, was a key member of the famous punk-rock band The Clash. He co-founded the band and was both its lead guitarist and a vocalist, contributing to hits like “London Calling,” “Rock the Casbah,” and “Should I Stay or Should I Go.”

Elliot’s grandfather, Sir Paul, age 83, is a legendary songwriter and a former member of The Beatles. His music profoundly impacted and reshaped pop culture.

At the beginning of the year, the couple and their friends took a warm vacation to get away from the New York winter.

Stella shared pictures from her trip on Instagram, captioning them with a message about enjoying warmer weather: ‘A reminder of life above 0 degrees.’

A photo of the couple relaxing together on a boat, both wearing sunglasses, received a ‘like’ from Elliot’s mother, Mary, who reportedly really likes her son’s new girlfriend.

Stella’s friend Lila Moss, 23, who is also a model and the daughter of Kate Moss, playfully commented ‘Cheeeeky’ on the post. Stella’s sister, Ava, simply wrote, ‘U soooo cute.’

Stella, the daughter of film producer Miranda Davis (who is married to Mick), has become a successful model and is now represented by Kate Moss Agency.

She’s worked as a model for major brands like H&M, Tommy Hilfiger, and Prada, and has even walked in a Fendi fashion show.

Sir Paul McCartney beamed with pride this week as he watched his grandson graduate from New York University.

Elliot graduated from the highly-regarded Gallatin School of Individualized Study after four years of study, and his family was there to celebrate with him.

Paul McCartney, the 83-year-old Beatles legend, shared a heartwarming family photo with his wife, Nancy, 66, and their daughter, Mary.

‘Couldn’t be prouder’, wrote Mary, who looked chic in an all-black ensemble.

In one photo, the group is all smiles, with Paul holding the purple graduation program and giving a thumbs up – they’re clearly delighted to be celebrating this special family achievement.

Elliot’s career began with an internship at Artfarm in London, followed by a research assistant role at Jeff Koons Studio in New York. He then moved to Los Angeles, where he worked in A&R and as an assistant to the Vice Chairman at Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Although Paul McCartney began his music career as a teenager and didn’t attend university, he’s been recognized for his contributions to music with several honorary degrees. He received an honorary Doctor of Music degree from the University of Sussex in 1988 and from Yale University in 2008.

In 1996, he helped establish the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), located in the building where he went to school. He was later honored as a Companion of LIPA for his dedication to arts education.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe what I heard! Apparently, Sir Paul said in an interview that most of his grandkids actually complain when he tries to play guitar at home! Can you believe it?! They’d rather just watch TV! It’s just… heartbreaking! Like, it’s Paul McCartney! How could anyone prefer television to hearing him play?! I’m honestly a little offended on his behalf.

Paul explained to The Mirror that people pay to see him, but the publication doesn’t seem to care at all.

They politely asked their grandfather if he didn’t mind, explaining they were in the middle of a show, even though it meant missing a private performance by an artist who’d won eighteen Grammy Awards.

This isn’t the first time a grandson of Paul McCartney has been rumored to be dating someone from a well-known family.

Elliot’s brother, Arthur, used to date Phoebe Gates, who is 23 and the daughter of Bill and Melinda French Gates, the co-founders of Microsoft.

I was so thrilled when Phoebe and Arthur announced they were dating late in 2023 – they met through Stella McCartney, which felt so fitting! Sadly, it didn’t last, and they broke up last year. But I’m really happy for Phoebe now; she’s back with Chaz Flynn, who she actually dated back in high school, and they seem really happy together.
