Vogue Williams shared details of her daily diet, explaining how she stays in shape. She confessed that while she aims to eat healthily, she still enjoys treats like chocolate, soda, and the occasional takeaway.
As a lifestyle expert, I often get asked about body image, and I’m happy to share what feels comfortable for me. I’m around 5’11” and generally maintain a weight of about 130 pounds, which usually means I fit into a size 8 or 10. It’s all about finding what works for you and feeling confident!
In her latest YouTube video, posted on Sunday, the mother of three shared a complete record of everything she ate throughout the day, including all meals and snacks.
I’m going to share what I typically eat in a day, and today is a pretty representative example. I don’t follow a strict diet – I like to vary my meals and honestly, I don’t feel restricted at all.
She shared a look at her breakfast: a slice of sourdough toast – the really good kind from Jason – topped with avocado, butter, and chili flakes, plus two scrambled eggs. She said it was delicious.
‘And I’m going to have an orange juice, because why not?’
She made herself a flat white with whole milk, a touch of agave, and a scoop of Vital Proteins collagen powder. She explained that the collagen powder made the coffee extra creamy and helped her get her daily dose of collagen.
Vogue, wife of former Made in Chelsea star and fitness enthusiast Spencer Matthews, 37, mentioned this was her second cup of coffee and that she’s trying to limit herself to just one or two a day.
Vogue had a bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, pepper, cornichons, and lemon for lunch, along with a Pepsi Max. She admitted that she always makes room for a fizzy drink in her day.
In the afternoon, I had a couple of snacks: a strawberry Activia kefir drink and two pieces of a Cadbury Whole Nut bar.
She confessed to eating a chocolate bar every day, a habit she maintained by bringing them back from trips to Ireland. Today’s choice was a Whole Nut bar, and she was pacing herself, having only eaten two squares so she could enjoy the rest later with a cup of decaf tea.
She admitted to enjoying a snack of M&S houmous with Proper sweet sriracha chilli lentil chips. She confessed she’d originally planned to say she was having houmous and carrots, but decided against it, saying she never actually eats that combination and it was simply too much effort. She described her actual snack as ‘a snack of the gods’.
She had a big serving of lasagne – though she confessed it wasn’t made by her, just someone else – along with tenderstem broccoli and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. She happily admitted she was eating a lot, and might even go back for more.
Her last snack, enjoyed in bed, was a big bowl of mixed berries with yogurt, granola, and agave syrup – lovingly prepared by her husband, Spencer.
Okay, so I’m totally obsessed with her, and she actually talked about what she eats! She admitted she’d thought about just having Special K, like, a really basic breakfast, but then decided it wouldn’t look good for what she had planned for the day. But she does eat stuff like that sometimes, which honestly, is so relatable and makes me love her even more!
Vogue, a South London resident who lives with her husband Spencer and their three children – Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three – says people constantly ask her about her diet, but she hasn’t shared details until now.
Everyone’s body processes food uniquely, and our eating habits vary. Because I’m very active, I tend to get much hungrier than others.
She acknowledged that she likely eats larger portions than she should, and explained that her appetite increases when she’s exercising more. Ultimately, she believes in balance, saying that everyone’s dietary needs are unique and depend on their individual body.
I kept a food diary for a day, thinking I was making really healthy choices. But honestly, my eating habits vary a lot – I change things up frequently and I don’t really follow any strict rules or restrictions. I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself of anything.
I realized I was having a bit of a low moment yesterday when I was eating Doritos in bed at 10 PM. You didn’t witness it, but I was attempting to have a reasonably healthy day despite that.
I’d rather you didn’t catch me snacking on Doritos and drinking Lucozade Sport late at night while I’m watching Yellowstone with a hangover.
Vogue also shared that she enjoys takeout food once or twice a week, particularly Thai cuisine. She’s currently not a fan of sushi, saying she’s lost her taste for it.
I’m a little embarrassed to admit I’ve ordered Domino’s a couple of times this month. I usually prefer wood-fired pizza, but they kept sending me coupons, and I suddenly really wanted one. I gave in and ordered it.
Vogue also mentioned her appearance on the reality show I’m a Celebrity, where she was one of the first contestants eliminated, finishing third to leave the camp last November.
She explained that life in the jungle meant a lot less physical activity, which surprisingly reduced her appetite, despite feeling constantly hungry. They were severely limited in food, consuming only around 500 calories each day.
After leaving the reality show on ITV, she revealed she had lost eight pounds during her thirteen days on the program.
I’ve always admired how open the Heart radio presenter is about her lifestyle, especially when it comes to food. She’s incredibly dedicated to fitness, working out five or six times a week, and she doesn’t shy away from sharing her thoughts on healthy eating.
She generally eats healthy 80% of the time, and lets herself enjoy treats the other 20%.
She recently told Closer magazine that she avoids having salad as her only meal. She explained that she doesn’t understand why people choose salad for lunch, saying it won’t keep them full for long. ‘It just doesn’t satisfy me!’ she added.
She’s discussed her struggles with disordered eating during her teenage years on her podcast, ‘My Therapist Ghosted Me’.
She admitted she used to diet, which led to unhealthy eating habits, but she’s now developed a much healthier approach to food.
