I was absolutely floored by Karol G’s look at the Grammys! She completely stunned everyone in this gorgeous, sheer lace gown. It was such a statement piece, and she really turned heads at the show in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Just weeks after announcing her breakup with Feid, 34-year-old Colombian singer Karol G walked the red carpet alongside stars like Lady Gaga and Sabrina Carpenter.
The singer received a nomination for Best Latin Pop Album for her album, Tropicoqueta, which was released last June.
Karol G, also known as Carolina Giraldo Navarro, stunned in a delicate, light blue dress made of sheer lace.
The dress had an off-the-shoulder design, a front slit, and a long train that trailed behind her.
She also put on some open-toed shoes and let her long hair flow freely in loose waves.
She kept her accessories simple to let her outfit stand out, and added a striking silver bracelet to her right wrist.
As a huge fan, I immediately noticed how gorgeous she looked! Her makeup was really on point – she had beautifully full lashes thanks to mascara, and a subtle eyeshadow that just enhanced her eyes. It was a perfect, glamorous look!
A touch of pink blush highlighted her cheekbones, giving her a radiant look, and a satin, rosy pink lipstick completed the effect.
Karol G beamed and showed off her outfit as she walked the red carpet.
During a quick photoshoot, the singer was also spotted holding up the long train of her gown.
The singer Provenza, also presented the Grammy for Best Urban Music Album alongside Saturday Night Live’s Marcello Hernandez, with Bad Bunny taking home the award.
In June 2025, she released her fifth studio album, Tropicoqueta, featuring songs like “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido.”
The album peaked at number three on the Billboard 200 chart and reached the top spot on the US Top Latin Albums chart.
During a conversation with USA Today last year, she opened up about creating her latest album.
‘I’ve been creating what for me would be my dream next level of Karol G,’ the star told the outlet.
I’m really excited about this project! It’s not just a song or album – it’s a whole collection of different creative pieces I’ve been developing, all connected to the same core idea.
The performer talked more about how much she loves music and how committed she is to her career in the music industry.
After everything that occurred, I needed to consider my future, realizing this could be the most significant opportunity I’d ever have.
You know, as I’ve been reflecting on my career, I’ve realized this is a really special moment. I feel like I’m finally in a position to truly own my success and show the world what I’m capable of. It’s about taking that next step and confidently claiming my place at the top – and it feels amazing!
Last year, it was revealed that she will be a headlining performer at the 2026 Coachella Music Festival.
Justin Bieber and Sabrina Carpenter are also scheduled to perform during the event.
She told the Los Angeles Times that she felt a lot of pressure as the first Latina to perform as a headliner at Coachella.
‘I need to go and represent my Latina community and speak for my people and for women.’
The singer explained that this is a great chance to reach a wider, global audience, and she hopes to use it to share her culture and where she’s from.
News broke last January that Karol G and Feid had ended their three-year relationship.
TMZ reported at the time that the pair ‘quietly ended their relationship a few months ago.’
Even though they’ve split up, the two stars are still friendly and ended their relationship peacefully.
Karol G and Feid first met while collaborating on their 2021 hit song, FRIKI. They didn’t appear together publicly as a couple until last year, at the premiere of Karol G’s Netflix documentary, Tomorrow Was Beautiful.
Their romance was confirmed back in 2023 and the pair went Instagram official the following year.
Karol G explained on the Today show last year that it’s challenging to maintain a relationship when both partners have demanding careers that require a lot of time away from each other, specifically referencing her relationship with Feid.
He’s a wonderful and kind person, and I feel lucky to have him in my life. We both support each other’s work and understand where the other is coming from, which really makes our relationship stronger and healthier.
