As a crypto investor, I’ve noticed stablecoin deposits to Binance are increasing this month. However, according to data from CryptoQuant, we’re still nowhere near the high levels we saw earlier in 2025.
Stablecoin deposits on Binance are showing renewed activity this month.
CryptoQuant data shows approximately 12,000 transactions involving ERC20 stablecoins were deposited onto exchanges. This follows a pattern of similar increases observed throughout July.
Experts believe more money is starting to flow back into Binance. It seems traders are preparing to take advantage of future trading possibilities or favorable prices.
Stablecoin Deposits Show Renewed Activity on Binance
According to CryptoQuant researcher Rei, the amount of cryptocurrency being deposited isn’t showing dramatic changes, but remains active. While transaction numbers increased in July, that surge has calmed down and the current rate is slower than it was at those earlier high points.
Rei mentioned that it’s not yet certain if we’re seeing a significant increase in funds coming into the platform. Instead, the data suggests stablecoin liquidity is slowly and inconsistently returning.
When cryptocurrency moves from personal wallets to exchanges, it usually means owners are preparing to sell or trade it. However, it’s not yet clear if they will actually buy more crypto with those funds.
Stablecoin Deposits on Binance Are Becoming Active
Binance is seeing continued stablecoin deposits, suggesting some money is flowing back into the exchange as users get ready to trade or take advantage of potential buying opportunities, according to @Satoureireal.

Exchange Inflows Still Far From 2025 Highs
Market analyst Darkfost noted a continuing downward trend, highlighting that the amount of stablecoins moving to exchanges has been consistently decreasing since 2025. He indicated that current levels are among the lowest seen in that timeframe.
Currently, about $2.3 billion worth of USDT and USDC flows in each month, and around $3.7 billion each year. However, these amounts are significantly lower than what we saw when Bitcoin reached its highest price ever.
At its highest point, the fund received an average of $5.6 billion in investments each month. Over the year, the average was $4.3 billion. Darkfost explained this difference was due to less demand and fewer investors in the market overall.
What Rising Stablecoin Inflows Could Signal Next
Darkfost warned against overinterpreting the current low inflow numbers. Historically, large increases in stablecoin inflows have often happened *after* the main part of a market cycle has already begun, so they aren’t always a reliable early indicator.
Some investors accelerate profit-taking once those peaks show up.
Exchanges usually increase their reserves of stablecoins during these periods. This increase often happens at the same time that new investors are hoping prices will keep going up.
Darkfost noted that we still need to see more consistent signs of increasing demand. Current information isn’t yet enough to determine a clear pattern.
While Binance has recently seen an increase in deposits, this happens within a larger, ongoing decline. It’s still uncertain if this increase signals a real turnaround or just a brief pause. If deposits rise significantly again, it could support the idea that a recovery is starting.
