7 Out of 10 Shiba Inu (SHIB) Signals Are Bullish: Analyzing Each One

7 Out of 10 <a href="https://tech-oracle.com/shib-usd/">Shiba Inu</a> (<a href="https://bbg-news.com/shib-usd/">SHIB</a>) Signals Are Bullish: Analyzing Each One

Shiba Inu’s price continues to struggle and remains near its lowest point recently, despite several efforts to bounce back. However, data from the Shiba Inu blockchain shows encouraging signs – seven out of ten important indicators suggest a positive trend, meaning activity on the network itself may be getting stronger even though the price isn’t performing well.

Reduced exchange reserves

When a cryptocurrency has fewer tokens available for sale (reduced exchange reserves), it often means there’s less immediate pressure to sell. This trend is reinforced by the Exchange Netflow, which currently shows -64.8 billion SHIB. A negative netflow suggests that people are withdrawing more coins from exchanges than they’re depositing, indicating a buildup of holdings.

Another positive sign is the rise in Active Addresses, which increased by over 1% in the last day. More active addresses often mean more people are using the network. Even though SHIB’s value has gone down, this increase suggests there’s still some demand. Finally, more SHIB is leaving exchanges than entering them, which is also a good sign.

Mean exchange flows metrics

Recently, around 250.2 billion SHIB tokens were moved *out* of exchanges, while 185.4 billion moved in. This suggests that investors are preferring to hold their tokens securely themselves, rather than preparing to sell. The amount of SHIB leaving exchanges, and the average size of those transactions, are both positive signs. Even though both inflows and outflows have increased, the average outflow transaction is much larger, indicating that large SHIB holders are continuing to withdraw significant amounts from trading platforms.

The price chart is now showing a seventh positive signal for SHIB. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has moved out of oversold conditions and is trending upwards, suggesting weakening selling pressure despite the token remaining below its key moving averages. While three other indicators still suggest either bearish or neutral trends, momentum is starting to shift.

SHIB continues to trade below key moving averages, and its value has dropped alongside a decrease in the amount held on exchanges. Despite attempts to bounce back, the price keeps falling, and the overall technical outlook is negative. Interestingly, while the price is down, data about activity on the SHIB network is showing some positive signs.

As a researcher tracking SHIB, I’m seeing some interesting signals. Despite what the price charts currently show, activity on the blockchain suggests investors are actually becoming more optimistic. If we continue to see SHIB being accumulated – meaning people are buying and holding – and fewer coins are held on exchanges, it could be setting the stage for a stronger recovery when the broader market improves. Essentially, the on-chain data paints a more hopeful picture than the price action alone.
