With XRP’s price nearing a key level, the XRP Ledger is showing signs of improvement. A crucial measure of how the network is used has begun to level off after a long period of declining activity and a weaker market. This stabilization could provide support for the price recovery that many investors are hoping to see.
Transactions are yet to stabilize
As a researcher analyzing the XRP Ledger, I’ve noticed a positive trend recently. For most of the past month, we saw a decrease in transaction volume, but that appears to be reversing. The average number of transactions each ledger processes has stabilized and is now increasing from its lowest point. Currently, we’re seeing around 60 transactions per ledger, which is a welcome change.

Although the increase is modest, it marks an important shift after a prolonged period of falling activity. This metric – the number of transactions per ledger – is a key indicator of actual network use, not just speculative trading. A rise in this number suggests renewed interest and activity from users and applications within the XRP network.

XRP is currently trading around $1.09 and seems to be overcoming resistance as it rises. The price is moving within a tighter range, suggesting a breakout is likely soon, with increasing support fueling the upward trend. Technical indicators are beginning to confirm positive developments observed in the XRP network’s data. Specifically, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has settled around 46 – a neutral level – after recovering from being oversold earlier this summer.
Momentum isn’t that great
Despite several attempts, sellers haven’t been able to drop the price of XRP below the important $1.00-$1.03 support level, suggesting that the selling pressure is weakening. The biggest obstacle now is resistance above the current price. XRP currently trades below key moving averages (50-, 100-, and 200-day) and faces its first major hurdle between $1.10 and $1.13.
As a researcher tracking XRP, I’ve been watching for a potential breakout above a key resistance level. If we see that happen, it would likely confirm the triangle pattern and suggest a more substantial price recovery is underway. Interestingly, we’re also seeing an uptick in transaction activity on the XRP Ledger – one of the first meaningful fundamental shifts I’ve observed in weeks. While no single metric guarantees a trend reversal, this increase is definitely encouraging.
XRP’s price and underlying network activity are beginning to align, suggesting a potential turning point. Network use is becoming more stable, while the price is testing levels where it might break through current barriers.
