I was totally hooked on Daisy Jones & The Six when it came out on Prime Video last year! It stars Riley Keough and Sam Claflin, and it’s based on this really popular book by Taylor Jenkins Reid – a New York Times bestseller, actually.
Inspired by the history of Fleetwood Mac, this series charts the journey of a 1970s rock band – from their early success to internal struggles – and focuses on the complicated connection between singer Daisy and guitarist Billy.
Since the show finished, viewers have been eagerly hoping for another season, and now Suki Waterhouse, who played the character Karen, has shared her thoughts on whether it might happen.
When asked by Rolling Stone if she’d return for another season, Suki enthusiastically replied that she would, adding that everyone involved had a great time making the show and it was one of the best experiences of her life.
Suki learned that Steve Nicks envisioned season two starting immediately after the first season’s finale, with Billy shown knocking on Daisy’s door.

In a 2024 interview with Rolling Stone, Stevie Nicks shared her vision for a potential continuation of the story: she imagined what would have happened if Billy had returned to his ex-wife after her passing, and they’d collaborated on one final album—something she’d always hoped she and Lindsey Buckingham would do together. She believes this scenario would make a great basis for a second season.
I discussed it with Reese and Riley, and they both thought it was a great idea, but everyone is really busy right now. Riley is quickly becoming a major movie star, but maybe we can make it happen someday. Before seeing Daisy Jones & The Six, I never imagined it would be possible to recreate our experiences.
Although another season of Daisy Jones & The Six seems unlikely, Sam Claflin mentioned last October that he, Riley Keough, and Taylor Jenkins Reid had discussed the possibility of continuing the story.
I was so confused with Taylor and Riley – we were all wondering why we weren’t getting a second season! Apparently, there was a renewed interest in the show at the time, and we actually started brainstorming ideas to see if we could make Season 2 happen.

We discussed making either a movie or an extended episode, possibly for a holiday season like Christmas.
Ultimately, the decision isn’t mine, or even the cast and crew’s, sadly. It rests with the people in charge. I believe if there was a huge public outcry for another season, it might happen. But I don’t have any control over it.
