XRP ETFs saw roughly $15.20 million in net inflows for the week of May 25th, according to SoSoValue data. A significant $11.88 million was added on May 29th, extending the period of consistent inflows to 16 consecutive days. Total net inflows now reach approximately $1.42 billion.
Bitcoin and ETH ETFs face heavy weekly outflows
Despite continued losses in the two biggest cryptocurrency ETF categories, XRP-focused funds are currently seeing positive growth.
Bitcoin ETFs experienced about $1.42 billion in net outflows recently. The biggest single-day drop happened on May 27th, with investors pulling out around $733 million. Of that amount, approximately $527 million came from BlackRock’s IBIT fund.
Ethereum ETFs also experienced challenges, with a total of $241 million in outflows during the period. May 29th saw $17.91 million leave the sector, marking the 14th consecutive day of declines.
Bitwise and major asset managers lead XRP demand
Various companies are handling the money flowing into XRP ETFs. On May 29th, Bitwise saw the biggest increase, with $7.36 million in inflows for that single day.
XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw continued investment this week, with Canary Capital’s XRPC gaining $2.38 million and Franklin Templeton’s XRPZ adding $2.14 million. Funds from 21Shares and Grayscale didn’t experience any new investments. Overall, XRP ETFs now hold around $1.12 billion in assets.
Besides XRP, other alternative cryptocurrency (altcoin) ETFs also saw increases in investment last week. Hyperliquid ETFs gained around $25.57 million, while Solana and Chainlink ETFs saw inflows of $2.36 million and $2.02 million respectively. Hedera ETFs increased by almost $250,000. However, ETFs focused on BNB, Dogecoin, Litecoin, and Avalanche didn’t experience any new investment during the week.
XRP price surge to $1.34
XRP is seeing increased financial activity as its price hovers around $1.34, a rise of over 2.96% in the last day, as reported by CoinMarketCap.
Trading volume is up 11.7% in the last 24 hours, hitting $2.28 million. The cryptocurrency’s market capitalization is currently $83.07 billion.
XRP ETF growth backed by market expansion
A new report from Messari indicates that XRP ETFs have seen consistent growth since their introduction. Approved by the SEC and launched in late 2025, U.S. XRP ETFs quickly surpassed $1 billion in assets under management—in less than a month. This rapid growth makes them among the fastest-growing crypto ETFs currently available.
As of the end of March 2026, XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) were holding approximately 775.4 million XRP, which represents about 1.26% of the total XRP in circulation. This was a 1.9% increase from the previous quarter. Holdings peaked at 810.2 million XRP on March 3rd, 2026, indicating significant purchasing earlier in the year.
The report highlights that almost 905 million XRP tokens are currently stored in verified ETF vaults, which makes up around 1.37% of the total value of all XRP in circulation.
Canary Capital’s XRPC ETF held the most XRP at the time, with 197.1 million. Bitwise was a close second, holding 194.9 million. Franklin Templeton’s XRPZ held 159.7 million, and 21Shares’ TOXR managed 105.8 million. Grayscale held a smaller amount, with 70.84 million XRP.
Looking at the XRP ETF market, I’m seeing a fairly even distribution of assets. The four biggest U.S. spot ETFs each control between 13% and 26% of the total XRP ETF holdings, meaning no single fund dominates the market.
