Loose Women looked a little different today as – here’s why

For Mental Health Awareness Week, Loose Women switched things up and welcomed Made in Chelsea‘s Spencer Matthews and rapper/presenter Jordan Stephens for a special episode called Loose Men. It was the first time the show had featured an all-male panel.

Craig Doyle and Jeff Brazier joined Matthews and Stephens on today’s show to discuss the challenges and expectations of being a man in today’s world.

Spencer shared that he’s excited to be joining Craig, Jeff, and Jordan on the Loose Men panel. He explained that Mental Health Awareness Week is focused on starting honest conversations, and they hope that by discussing the challenges men and young boys face today, they can spark a broader conversation and increase support.

Jordan shared that they were thrilled to be joining the panel as a guest for the first time, expressing excitement about the upcoming episode.

There’s been a lot of talk recently about the ‘manosphere,’ and I’m excited to explore what it means to be a man today. I’m really looking forward to joining the ‘Loose Men’ for a lunchtime discussion!
