Leida Margaretha is facing 24 felony charges in Wisconsin after being arrested several times last year.
Reality TV star from 90 Day Fiance, age 36, is facing serious charges including failing to appear in court seven times, six counts of wire fraud, ten counts of forgery, and stealing more than $10,000 from a company.
I first read about this over at TMZ, and they said it all happened so quickly – just between November 2023 and March 2024. It’s shocking to think everything unfolded in just five months!
Court records obtained by the Daily Mail show she is scheduled to appear in court on February 18th in Juneau County, but she has not been arrested yet.
This news follows the arrest of Margaretha’s husband, Eric Rosenbrook, who she met while filming the show. He was arrested in early July on misdemeanor charges for allegedly assaulting her.
Only a few days after Alisa was born, she sadly passed away at five weeks old. This loss led to a temporary separation for her parents.

Doctors haven’t determined what caused the baby to die, but Rosenbrook had shared that the newborn passed away after five days on life support.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office has an ongoing investigation into the baby’s death.
Later that month, Margaretha began the process of legally separating from her husband, Rosenbrook, who is 48. They had been married for seven years, but the separation request was eventually dropped.
A temporary restraining order was issued to protect her after she claimed he had been abusive towards her since their marriage in 2018.
Rosenbrook and Margaretha first met while filming season six of 90 Day Fiancé in 2018.
This was not the first time Margaretha has had a run-in with the law.
Last year, she was arrested in Wisconsin and accused of disturbing the peace within a domestic setting, as well as animal mistreatment.
Last summer, she faced an additional charge of bail jumping. This stemmed from an arrest on July 17th, after she didn’t inform the court of a change in her phone number for an unrelated criminal case that was still ongoing.

She was released shortly thereafter, but the judge ordered her to surrender her passport.
Before she was arrested, she apparently went to Indonesia with her son after her other child passed away.
She was also later charged with two counts of identity theft in September of last year.
Prosecutors in Wisconsin have accused her of misusing customer bank details from her workplace to cover her own expenses or those of Proud American Logistics, a company she co-owns.
According to Us Weekly, police in Portage, Michigan, were investigating her, and company executives accused her of making unauthorized transactions using the company’s bank account.
The report stated that if found guilty, she could face up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
She was also arrested in 2023, but the charges were later dismissed in November 2024.
