Oh, look, another golden cross! How original. But hey, maybe this time it’s different… or maybe not. Ethereum (ETH) is basically doing a TikTok dance of “I’ve been here before” on its 3-day chart. MACD is doing the cha-cha, and the 9/21 moving average is playing catch-up. Classic. 🧠💥

Three times, ETH has done this “I’m about to explode” bit. September 2024? 61% gain. April 2025? 51%. July 2025? 89%. It’s like a bad rom-com-same plot, different actors. 🎬

The current setup started on December 18, 2025. MACD is now “positive,” which is basically Ethereum’s version of “I’m ready.” ETH is chilling at $3,140, with a daily volume of $22 billion. It’s up slightly today, but still down 3% this week. Because nothing says “confidence” like a 3% drop. 🤷‍♀️

Ethereum’s been playing “hot potato” with $2,600 and $3,350 for two months. Analysts are like, “If it breaks $3,200, magic happens!” Meanwhile, $3,000 is the “I’ll just sit here and wait” support level. 🧠

CPI data is due today, and traders are basically holding their breath. CW8900 says ETH has a “CME gap around 3k” that could act as a magnet. Lennaert Snyder is like, “Trade both directions, depending on how ETH reacts to $3,170 and $3,060.” It’s a circus, folks. 🪑
