Tom Hiddleston shared how much his life has changed since becoming a father, confirming he and his fiancée, Zawe Ashton, recently welcomed their second child.
Tom Hiddleston, 44, known for his role as Loki, recently shared a small detail about his relationship with Zawe Ashton, who stars in The Marvels, during an interview with GQ. The couple generally prefers to keep their relationship private.
Just recently, 41-year-old Ashton announced on Instagram that she also had a baby last month, in November.
Hiddleston described becoming a father as an incredibly beautiful, deeply moving, and life-changing experience.
He didn’t share any further information about becoming a father again, or when his new child was born.
Hiddleston and Ashton became parents in October 2022, having gotten engaged eight months prior. They kept the news quiet at the time.

According to a source who spoke with Us Weekly, Tom and Zawe are overjoyed with their new baby and are really enjoying parenthood.
According to a source, both new parents are exhausted from a lack of sleep, but they are overjoyed with their babies.
Hiddleston has occasionally spoken about fatherhood, including during an interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast in 2023.
The British-born star explained that it has ‘deeply’ affected him.
You know, I always suspected something significant would change my life, but honestly, nothing could have prepared me for the actual impact. It truly feels like a clear ‘before’ and ‘after’ moment – a distinct line drawn in the sand.
During his appearance at the Miami Film Festival last April, he also talked about how having a family has impacted his life, according to 7 News Miami.
He said it completely transformed his life, creating a clear dividing line between his past and present. He expressed joy about where he is now, saying he’s glad to be experiencing life on this side of the change.
Ashton announced the birth of her second child last November while volunteering at the Little Village baby bank charity.

The actress shared a post on Instagram explaining that she visited a local baby bank, @littlevillagehq, to celebrate a step forward in her recovery after giving birth. The organization provides year-round support to families in need.
During my recovery, I’ve been thinking a lot about children around the world who are struggling with incredibly difficult lives, and the people who dedicate themselves to helping them.
‘I’ve reflected deeply on the ongoing war against children, a fight I am fiercely committed to.’
People quickly filled the comments section with congratulations for the star and her growing family.
Ashton revealed in a June interview with Vogue that she is expecting her second child.
The next month, she clarified her relationship with Hiddleston, confirming they weren’t secretly married despite referring to him as her ‘husband,’ which had caused rumors to spread.
The All Of You actress admitted her slip-up sent their loved ones into a furious tailspin.
Ashton shared on the Miss Me? podcast that she and her partner have been engaged for a while, and some publications have mistakenly referred to them as married.

I received some really hurtful text messages from people I know. They were accusing me of things that weren’t true – things like running off and getting married in secret. I want to be clear: that didn’t happen at all.
The Marvels actress explained it’s more about what they call each other than a formal title. They refer to each other as husband and wife, and after dating for a while and having a child, with another on the way, labels felt less important.
She explained that the portrayal was upsetting to married couples, who were pointing out that it didn’t reflect reality.
We’ve discussed getting married. We both really like the idea of the deep connection it creates, and how it can provide stability and support for us as a couple and as a future family.
Ashton and Hiddleston met in 2019 while performing together in the play Betrayal. They first worked together on the production in London’s West End, and later brought it to Broadway.
Shortly after that, they started dating and first appeared as a couple on the red carpet at the Tony Awards in September 2021.
Reports of their engagement began in March 2022 when Zawe was seen with a diamond ring at the BAFTAs.

The actress, who was born in Hackney, shared that she’s given weddings a lot of thought, but the idea of actually getting married feels more complicated than she expected.
She admitted the idea of a wedding felt like a dream, while marriage itself felt like a much more daunting reality. She’d spent a lot of time imagining the wedding, but hadn’t given as much thought to the everyday challenges of being married, which she found a bit frightening.
Earlier this month, Tom Hiddleston and Ashton Kutcher walked the red carpet together at the London premiere of the second season of Hiddleston’s show, The Night Manager.
The couple looked cozy and happy at the event, their first public appearance since welcoming their new baby. The actor was sharply dressed in a suit, and his fiancée stunned in a beautiful, flowing red dress.
