Brawl Stars Starr Nova event: Overview

The Starr Nova event is happening now in Brawl Stars! It adds a new feature to certain game modes and Trophy Road matches: special Crystals will appear on the map. Collecting these Crystals temporarily turns your Brawler into a powerful Starr Patrol version.

You can transform into Starr Patrol Spike, Bea, Juju, and Amber, with Starr Nova joining the action later. Each character is more powerful than a typical Brawler and has special abilities, so be sure to collect the Crystals before others! The event features two different modifiers – one for the regular Starr Patrol members and another specifically for Starr Nova.

Brawl Stars Starr Nova Event: How Starr Patrol leveling works

For the Starr Patrol event, all forms start at Power Level 11 and can be upgraded to Level 30 by opening Nova Drops during the event. The new character, Starr Nova, has a slightly different system for leveling up, though:

And her Crystal becomes available during the second week of this time-limited event.

Whenever you improve a Starr Patrol character, you’ll build up a powerful attack that can be used against the Void Master Finx during the event. Simply tap the charged attack to deal damage to him directly.

Every level gained deals extra damage to Finx.
Defeat Finx completely and unlock the Void Master Finx skin for free.

Brawl Stars Starr Nova Event: Boss fights

The event also features two special boss battles where five players take on one powerful enemy. Each battle has its own unique challenges and gets progressively harder. Here’s what you can expect:

During the fight, you need to:

Destroy her dark book nests quickly.
Prevent mini Void Colettes from multiplying.
And defeat the growing swarm of enemies.

2. Evil Boss Finx

The biggest challenge in this event is the fight against the Evil Boss Finx, which happens in two stages. After you initially defeat him, Finx comes back even more powerful, similar to what happened in the Hypercharged Kenji event. Throughout the fight, you’ll also have to manage other obstacles.
