It’s been a fantastic year for Elden Ring fans! Leaked behind-the-scenes footage of the upcoming movie directed by Alex Garland and produced by A24 Films has surfaced, and a special ‘Tarnished Edition’ of the game is planned for release this year. Plus, players are buzzing with rumors about a potential prequel game set before the events of the Shattering.
Even four years after its release, Elden Ring continues to be incredibly popular, proving the game has lasting appeal. It’s likely to remain a favorite and highly replayable open-world RPG for years to come.
Although the official Elden Ring movie isn’t coming out until March 3, 2028, Bandai Namco and FromSoftware have just announced a brand new release that fans can enjoy this July, as revealed on X.
Bandai Namco and FromSoftware just announced new bookends inspired by the game Elden Ring. You can pre-order them now from the Bandai Namco store. The set includes statues of Queen Marika and Radagon, representing the two sides of the Golden Order.
Elden Ring fans and collectors will love these detailed bookends, which are available for pre-order now for around €135 (or $160 USD). They’re made of hand-painted resin with incredible detail from the game, and they actually work to hold your books up! They’ll arrive in official, protective packaging.
This is one of many new collectible items planned for release this year based on Elden Ring. Other recent releases include unique skateboard decks, an expensive Ranni the Witch jacket, a beautiful Raging Wolf statue, and other exciting products.
We’ve seen glimpses of Queen Marika from Elden Ring before, with some behind-the-scenes photos appearing online. These images offer a preview of what fans can expect when the movie is released in 2028.
Okay, so even with the new movie coming out, there’s still so much to do in Elden Ring! I’m already trying to figure out how to keep myself busy until the next big thing in 2028, and honestly, the modding community is incredible. There are hundreds of unique mods out there that totally change up the game in The Lands Between – I just found one called Rune Health that makes things seriously challenging, and I’m excited to try it!
Now is an excellent time to be an Elden Ring enthusiast! Fans who collect merchandise should definitely get the new Marika and Radagon bookends as soon as possible.
