Starting from Annalum Shrine, venture into the town of Annalum. Proceed along the path, then ascend the stairs you’ll come across. Take a right turn when you reach the top, leading you to a wooden walkway. Upon reaching its end, spin around and walk back down the path until you discover a small chest at the terminus. This is the spot where a Demon will appear, allowing you to battle and conquer it.

Nearest Shrine: Doomwillow Beach (Worship’s Rise)

After leaving the Shrine, walk directly towards the path located to your far left, where an enemy is tolling a bell to warn nearby grotesque four-legged beasts. Defeat the enemies and continue along this path until you encounter a Blood River, at which point you’ll find another bell-tolling adversary. Proceed straight across the Blood River, then turn right to notice two trees, but beware – they are hostile! Here, you will engage in battle with a Demon and may use the trees to your advantage, as they will attempt to inflict Corruption on the Demon.

After leaving the Shrine at the Cloudspire Outskirts, proceed directly towards the entrance. Take a right turn and make your way to the dilapidated house on your left, where you’ll come across a climbable ladder. By-pass the Corruption block that generates foes, moving past many adversaries and someone firing cannonballs at you. Soon, you’ll notice a blazing house—that’s where the next Demon will emerge.

Nearest Shrine: Snowfall Palace (Cloudspire)

As a gamer, I’d stride up those stairs ahead, take a sharp right, then keep moving along the path until I hit the main room with the elevator and an archer. I’ll plant my feet on that elevator to make it ascend—this maneuver uncovers a hidden compartment beneath, leading to the treasure chamber. After that, I’d take the stairs back down, and in one of the room’s corners, there’ll be a small chest where an Inner Demon will appear.

Nearest Shrine: Refugee Camp (Mt. Zhenwu)

After exiting the shrine, head to your right towards the tent region. Proceed along the path until it leads you to the water’s edge. At the end of this journey, you’ll discover a Demon standing beside a petite chest.

Nearest Shrine: Avian Marsh (Mt. Zhenwu)

After leaving the Shrine, make your way along the path leading to the hostile creature on the left, then ascend the incline. When you come across the first Summoner enemy, handle him appropriately. Subsequently, move towards the Withered Branch located on the right-hand side. This will lead you into an area where a Demon is likely to appear.

Nearest Shrine: Shu Sacntum (Worship’s Rise in Ruins)

Once you’ve passed the irreversible stage and entered the fourth area, continue along the straight path until you reach the spot where the battle between Lu Hongliu took place. Climbing the stairs will initiate a boss fight with the Nightmare Demon, who is known to drop both the Bo Blood and the Needle.

Opt for “The wheel turns anew” to be transported to the Shrine Dwelling region, where the boss is found at the bottom of the stairs.
