The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered Reaches 9 Million Players

Following the surpassing of four million gamers shortly after its debut, The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has now amassed a staggering ninemillion players. Bethesda Game Studios recently shared this news on Bluesky, expressing gratitude to players for joining them in their virtual realms.

The highly anticipated “Oblivion Remastered” has finally been released after years of speculation, available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC as of last April. In partnership with Virtuos, this new version employs the Gamebryo Engine while leveraging Unreal Engine 5 for a complete overhaul of character models, settings, and various other aspects from the ground up.

Apart from including all additional content, this remaster simplified leveling and enhanced combat. However, certain aspects such as NPC dialogues stayed untouched, preserving the original’s charm. Following the triumph of Oblivion Remastered, whispers suggest that Fallout 3 Remastered might be in the pipeline next. However, it’s essential to note that while there’s no official confirmation, Bethesda is said to be working on several Fallout titles (including potentially Fallout 5).

To all who shone brightly in Kvatch, mastered the art of Arch-Magery, reached the pinnacle as Grand Champion, expelled the Blackwood Company, lived the life of the Gray Fox, and heeded the whispers of the Night – thank you for joining us in our realms. ❤️
