Where To Find Lord Yvain In Tainted Grail: Fall Of Avalon
In your journey through Tainted Grail: The Fall Of Avalon, expect numerous instances of conflict, battles, and strife. A significant portion of your quests will center on these themes as you strive to retrieve all fragments of King Arthur. Yet, it’s important to note that not every quest necessitates violence or death. Some narratives focus on more modest concerns, steering clear of larger issues like wars and power struggles.
In essence, Morag, a devoted innkeeper, finds herself in a predicament as her inn has been closed. She yearns for its reopening, yet every effort to engage with the authorities on this matter has proved futile. Now, she is praying that your influence may bring about a resolution to this situation.
How To Start Petition The Lord Quest
Once you get to the area in the game named Cuanacht (which is actually its second region), proceed towards the bridge situated to the north. This bridge leads to Lord Yvain’s Mansion. About halfway across the bridge, you will come across a lady who appears to be warming her hands by a torch.
Approach Morag, the innkeeper, and she’ll request you to discuss her inn issue with Lord Yvain. This initiates the “Petition the Lord” quest.
In other words, since there won’t be any guideposts for your journey, you won’t know exactly where to search for Lord Yvain. Yet, he might be nearer than what you believe.
Just cross the bridge and then take the stairs up, where you will see a big house in front of you.
That’s Lord Yvain’s Manor, and it’s there where you will discover him in his office. Upon entering, he is directly in front of you.
How To Complete Petition The Lord Quest
Speak with him and share the information that Morag is waiting outside and would like to have a chat with him.
Throughout the discussion, it becomes clear that they aim to close her inn. However, Morag staunchly opposes this. Here are some options for proceeding with your task. These are your potential paths forward.
Choice #1
You choose to side with Lord Yvain on his decision to close the inn, and afterward, you inform Morag about it.
Morag will obviously be upset, but this will complete the quest quickly.
Choice #2
Another approach could be: You might choose to express disagreement with Lord Yvain, encouraging him to explore alternative resolutions instead. This option presents up to two additional possibilities for action.
Choice #2-1
You have the option to express it as, “You can tell him, ‘She hasn’t received any money yet,’ and he will acknowledge this and assure you that he will arrange for her to be properly compensated.
Now deliver the news to Morag, and she will still be slightly upset, but it’s better than nothing.
Choice #2-2
For your final decision, select the option that says, “Are you asking me?” This indicates that he is unaware of the details surrounding the situation, as it was Denholm who made the call. Consequently, you will be tasked with gathering more information from him.
Head over to Denholm’s regular spot and chat with him. You’ll find out that he’s growing weary of this issue being repeatedly brought up to him, and he’ll make a threat against Morag. In such case, it would be best to go talk to Morag and share the unfortunate news with her instead.
