5,300 hours into Elden Ring, community hero Let Me Solo Them can beat the final boss almost “with my eyes closed” – and hopes FromSoftware loves her back

A player named Let Me Solo Them, known for their friendly cooperation in the world of Elden Ring, gained attention from Bandai Namco and even other games due to their unique jar-headed character. This Tarnished hero embarked on a cooperative journey of her own several years ago, remaining true to her name by assisting fellow players in overcoming the final bosses of Elden Ring: Radagon and the Elden Beast.

This month, she has surpassed 10,000 victories over final bosses, accumulating this feat after approximately 5,300 hours of immersing herself in the expansive role-playing game created by FromSoftware in total. [Editor’s note: One of those triumphs was mine!]

In an interview with GamesRadar+, she shared that she’s persisted for so long, wielding the twinblade, because “I discovered a way to play the game that brings me and others happiness, and that’s why I continued.” With this significant achievement, she can’t help but wish that developers from FromSoftware or Bandai recognize her dedication, much like countless other players have.

Essentially, he’s explaining that his motivation for doing what he does is because he genuinely enjoys assisting others. For him, battling the final boss is not just fun due to its familiarity, but it holds significant importance for other players. After victories, he’s received heartwarming messages and made lasting connections with people.

She typically manages approximately 10 boss defeats per day, but there are times when she endures particularly tough stretches with multiple attempts. Her personal best, however, is a staggering 100 kills in a single day, which required a lengthy 13 hours of being summoned.

Following our previous update regarding Elden Ring, it launched an unexpectedly (and yet anticipated) expansion called Shadow of the Erdtree. This development has significantly affected our protagonists, with Let Me Solo Her assuming multiple roles to assist in defeating other bosses, and Let Me Solo Them was similarly influenced.

She mentions that players she previously aided have reached out to her again for assistance with DLC bosses. From Rellana to Consort Radahn, I had numerous battles to help with. It’s worth noting that while my primary focus was helping players defeat Radagon and the Elden Beast, I also extended aid to other players who requested help with any boss they were struggling against.

Let Me Solo Them feels content with achieving 10,000 kills, yet hasn’t set another specific target. However, they express their desire to keep assisting other players, as it brings them the greatest joy. Moreover, they are eagerly anticipating FromSoftware’s upcoming releases.

It turns out that the forthcoming titles from FromSoftware are specifically designed to foster even greater levels of community assistance, surpassing the already established asynchronous multiplayer system.

In a nutshell, Elden Ring: Nightreign transforms the Lands Between into a thrilling 3-player cooperative action game with elements of session-based roguelike gaming. On the other hand, The Duskbloods, an exclusive title for Nintendo Switch 2, offers intense 8-player PvPvE combat with a darker, more violent edge. While it’s uncertain whether jar helmets will appear in these games, what is certain is that cooperation is key and we’ll need brave heroes to join the fray!
