Your last choice involves contaminating some edibles from your supplies. Occasionally, characters within the game might request food, and offering them tainted food could be a method for eliminating them. Food marked with green droplets in your inventory signifies that it’s poisoned, so make sure you don’t mistakenly consume it yourself.
