Given the nature of this task being a heist, it is essential to blend in and for that, you’ll require a distinct thief’s attire. Here’s where you can locate Thieves Clothing in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Where to find Thieves Clothing in KCD2 Materia Prima quest

Upon reaching the designated spot for the Thieves Clothing quest, engage in conversation with Dorothy, the bathhouse proprietor. She’ll inform you that the attire costs 199 Groschen, a rather steep price considering the game’s early stages. However, if you’re stealthy enough, there’s a method to obtain it without spending a single Groschen. First, ensure you have a lockpick (or acquire one if needed), and then wait for nightfall before putting your thieving skills to work.

Slip into the bathhouse after dark, a place where you might require a lockpick to gain entry. While I didn’t necessitate one during my game, some players have. Keep in mind that stealth is crucial here, so tread lightly to minimize any potential sounds.

Head up to the upper level and locate the pair of chests. You’ll notice that there are two chests, but fortunately, the Thieves Clothing is tucked away in the simpler one. Employ your lockpick to unlock it.

You’ll acquire the following items:

  • Simple hood
  • Vagrant’s hat
  • Worn gambeson
  • Simple Hose
  • Simple Shoes

1. Wear the attire up there for a quieter and less conspicuous appearance, which will facilitate stealing those documents more easily. When you feel prepared to embark on your mission as a thief, make your way to Troskowitz to aid the Miller in retrieving that document.

How to steal the document in KCD2 Materia Prima quest

You could obtain the guard’s keys (they are usually found nearby the quest symbol), and this is often best done under the cover of night. Remember, it’s always wise to save your progress beforehand, should he discover you.
