Amanda Bynes celebrates milestone 40th birthday by going on coffee run in LA… amid her Ozempic weight loss journey

Amanda Bynes was spotted stepped out in Los Angeles as she marked her milestone 40th birthday.

For a casual day out, the actress from Easy A dressed comfortably while taking care of some errands.

To start her day, she first got an iced coffee, then stopped at a gas station for an energy drink.

The former Nickelodeon star was seen in a casual outfit featuring a gray zip-up hoodie and wide-leg jeans with decorative bows along the sides.

She completed her look with black sneakers and she carried a mini, leather Dior purse to match.

Amanda Bynes recently sported long, artificial nails, displaying them during a quick coffee trip just a few days ago.

Her platinum blonde tresses were styled in beach waves and pushed back out of her face.

Bynes seemed to be wearing very little makeup, except for her trademark dark eyebrows and shiny pink lips.

While out and about, she also highlighted her weight loss journey, which began after starting Ozempic last summer.

The star has been open with her fans about using a weight loss drug.

Last June, Amanda Bynes publicly announced on Instagram that she was planning to start using Ozempic.

I’m starting Ozempic and I’m really hoping it helps me lose weight. I currently weigh 173 pounds and my goal is to get down to around 130, mostly so I look better in photos taken by the paparazzi.

The Hairspray actress continued by adding, ‘I will post about my Ozempic journey of course.’

A few months later, in November, Bynes shared an update after starting a GLP-1 medication.

She shared in an Instagram story that she’s already lost 20 pounds and is thrilled with her progress. She’s aiming to lose another 50 pounds.

I currently weigh 163 pounds. I initially gained weight, going from 173 to 180 pounds while taking the Ozempic pill. Then, I was able to lose twenty pounds by switching to the Ozempic injection, bringing me back down to 163.

Does it benefit or hurt people who are concerned about their bodies when celebrities publicly discuss using weight loss medications?

What’s your view?

She also mentioned the medication is helping her, and she’s hoping to lose additional weight to feel good about her appearance.

Bynes shared that she’ll continue using Ozempic and wanted to update her followers on her progress, as she hadn’t posted about it for several months.

Just before Christmas, actress Amanda Bynes shared that she’d lost 28 pounds while using Ozempic, bringing her weight down to 152 pounds.

After trying weight loss medication last month, functional nutritionist Monica Partier shared with the Daily Mail that she’s seeing positive results.

The nutritionist added that it appears the medication Bynes is on has been ‘a good fit’ for her.

Partier also noted that the woman appears healthy, with radiant skin indicating a good diet. He added that she’s probably exercising regularly to tone her body as she loses weight.

Last March, Amanda Bynes shared on social media that she had gained over 20 pounds in recent months due to depression.

She shared that she’s feeling much better and has started using a technique where she does the opposite of what her current feelings tell her, especially when she’s lacking motivation to exercise or eat healthily. She currently weighs 162 pounds and is aiming to get back down to 110 pounds.

In a 2018 interview with Paper Magazine, the actress revealed she first became self-conscious about her body after appearing in the 2006 movie, She’s The Man.

Seeing the movie triggered a period of sadness lasting several months because it made me unhappy with my childhood appearance.

She described getting a short haircut and growing sideburns as a really odd and disorienting experience that left her feeling down for a while.

Amanda Bynes’ struggles with self-doubt eventually contributed to her substance use. She shared that it began with taking Adderall as a way to lose weight.

After leaving acting, the celebrity faced several legal issues, including arrests for reckless driving, drug possession, and driving under the influence.

In 2013, Amanda Bynes received mental health treatment and was then placed under a court-ordered conservatorship that lasted nine years, ending in 2022.

I’ve been so excited to follow everything she’s been hinting at lately – it sounds like she’s finally releasing music! She mentioned back in January that she’s been working on a song called ‘Girlfriend,’ and I can’t wait to hear it!

I’m so excited to share that February brought another fun reveal! We’re collaborating with the incredibly talented rapper, Fenix Flexin, on our next song. I think you guys are going to love what we’ve created together!
