As an ardent admirer of Caprice Bourret, I must say her journey is nothing short of inspiring. From gracing the covers of iconic magazines like Vogue and Playboy to bravely battling meningioma and triumphantly reclaiming control of her image, she embodies resilience and determination.

On Monday, Caprice Bourret displayed her stunning physique in a deep-necked black midi gown while attending an event in London to unveil her latest Christmas movie on Channel 5.

In a more casual tone: The 53-year-old actress, who’s currently featured in the movie “A European Christmas,” turned heads in a snug, V-neck dress that didn’t require a bra. She looked fabulous!

Caprice boosted her height with a set of high platform shoes and carried her things in a coordinating handbag.

She took off a black fur-trimmed shawl, adorned with large gold hoop earrings as additional accessories from her shoulders.

The model let down her flowing golden locks in soft curls, added two gold necklaces around her neck, and applied a stylish assortment of makeup before venturing into town.

Today, Channel 5 premiered Caprice’s latest holiday-themed film, titled “Ivy Allen’s Comeback”. This story revolves around Ivy Allen, a director who has fallen on hard times and harbors a cynical outlook. In an attempt to rekindle her past success, she reaches out to Hunter Williams, the leading man from her first film, aiming to reignite the spark that once made her great.

However, after locating him in snow-covered Serbia, Allen, who was disheartened and emotionally scarred following a breakup with an ex during the holiday season, encounters more than he had anticipated.

This coming Monday, Caprice will be starting her acting career with her first appearance in the romantic drama “A European Christmas,” where she shares the screen with Philip Boyd, Victoria Ekanoye, and the member of the band Blue, Duncan James.

The individual, both a model and an entrepreneur, independently funded and created the movie for Channel 5 herself. She openly acknowledges that it took the bravery stemming from overcoming a brain tumor for her to muster the nerve to embark on filmmaking by herself.

In a heartfelt confession to Weekend magazine, here’s how I’d put it: “It’s an immense blessing, really. The trivialities of life, once so enticing, hold no sway over me anymore. The allure of parties, which I once cherished, now pales in comparison to the joy my family brings me. I find fulfillment in doing what I love for a living, and that’s it. Fear? It’s no longer a factor for me.

Seven years back, Caprice was preparing for the winter sports reality show “The Jump”, but a scan unexpectedly brought some grim information her way.

hearing the words “brain tumor” left me reeling, my heart sinking as I thought, “Oh no, this can’t be happening. I have these precious little three-year-olds who need me, and I might not make it.” Those were some of the most challenging moments in my life.

The doctor informed her, “It’s not cancer, but it’s a condition that may develop further.

It seems equally risky. One day, you might find that half of your body on the left side won’t move anymore, so it’s crucial to eliminate this potential danger.

There were huge risks involved in the treatment for meningioma.

She clarified, ‘What I’m about to do is equivalent to brain operation. There’s a possibility that when you come out of it, certain functions might not function properly as there could be complications.’

The procedure lasted for seven hours, during which a portion of her skull was carefully detached to extract the tumor.

I didn’t realize how severe the situation would become. Upon waking, I found myself connected to various tubes and was in an Intensive Care Unit that resembled the Starship Enterprise.

Back in the groovy ’90s and millennium-starting ‘Noughties’, it was no secret that I was a die-hard fan, and Caprice graced the covers of countless magazines that adorned my humble abode. Ranging from the chic Vogue to the playful Playboy, not forgetting Sports Illustrated – I simply couldn’t get enough of her cover appearances!

In the heyday of British lad mags, I, as a versatile entertainer, was their cherished sweetheart, Caprice. Following minor roles in Tinseltown, I decided to establish roots in London, where I graced the screen in soap opera Hollyoaks and the spy thriller The Dream Team alongside the legendary Roger Moore. Additionally, my presence was felt on celebrity editions of Big Brother, Come Dine With Me, and Dancing On Ice.

At the turn of the new millennium, she decided to manage her public persona proactively. She established her own business and collaborated with Debenhams to introduce a line of intimate apparel under her brand.

She later bought back the licence and By Caprice expanded into homeware and other products.

Caprice still models her line of underwear with Peacocks and is said to be worth around £24million.
