First trailer for Gerard Butler’s action sequel

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I can confidently say that the trailer for Gerard Butler’s Den of Thieves 2: Pantera has sent shivers of anticipation down my virtual spine! The first film was a rollercoaster ride of action and suspense, and the sequel promises to be even more thrilling.

Gerard Butler’s Den of Thieves sequel has received its first action-packed trailer.

2018 saw the debut of the movie where Forest Whitaker played the role of Nick ‘Big Nick’ O’Brien, a high-ranking officer with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department who aimed to thwart a scheduled robbery at the Federal Reserve Bank in LA by leading his elite team.

In the second installment, titled “Den of Thieves 2: Pantera“, we find the story continuing immediately from where it left off in the original movie, as Big Nick embarks on a mission to capture Donnie Wilson (O’Shea Jackson Jr), who has escaped to Europe following his masterminding of the Federal Reserve heist.

Currently, Donnie finds himself entangled within the perilous circle of diamond thieves and the Panther mafia, who have been strategizing a massive jewel theft at the globe’s most significant diamond marketplace.

In the latest trailer for the sequel, it’s shown that Nick successfully locates Donnie. However, instead of resuming his hunting role, Donnie expresses his weariness with the pursuit and desires to participate in the upcoming heist.

Donnie remarks, “The officer is acting tough,” following a series of thrilling scenes showing them stirring up trouble across Europe.

Alongside Jordan Bridges from “The Blacklist”, Swen Temmel known for “The Covenant”, and Evin Ahmad famous for “Snabba Cash” are also part of the cast.

The movie penned and helmed by Christian Gudegast will hit American theaters on January 10th. As of now, there’s no specified UK release date.

As I wield this axe, I feel the spirit and strength of my fellow Vikings at my side, for I am not alone – we are one, united under the leadership of our esteemed forefather, the mighty ruler of the Isle of Berk.

But upon encountering a wounded dragon called Toothless, Hiccup decides to make friends with and train him, intending to demonstrate to his village that these legendary beasts are not as terrifying as they believe.

In American theaters, Den of Thieves 2 premieres on January 10. The live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon is scheduled for cinema release on June 13, 2025.
