Wes wants to earn the respect of the Fly Team in FBI: International season 4, episode 2 (Preview)

As a long-time fan of the FBI franchise, I’ve seen my fair share of high-stakes operations and leadership changes. The introduction of Wes in FBI: International has been quite intriguing, and his style in season 4, episode 2 is certainly a breath of fresh air. He’s not afraid to dive headfirst into danger, which is both exhilarating and slightly nerve-wracking for someone like me who prefers their action on the small screen!

Time for me, Wes, to step up and lead the Fly Team in FBI: International season 4, episode 2. I’ve got my unique approach to taking charge.

In our latest encounter, it’s evident that Wes possesses leadership potential; however, his approach is starkly distinct from Scott Forrester’s. This unique style will undeniably impact the upcoming episode, as Wes endeavors to accomplish the task at hand effectively.

The offer clarifies that there are 60 hostages being held by six suspects. This implies a possibility for intervention to free the hostages, but it’s understood that real-world scenarios aren’t always straightforward. Despite this, The Fly Team faces an adversity due to their numerical disadvantage. They will require assistance from local authorities to successfully apprehend the culprits.

This is a huge undertaking, though. This case involves a U.S. ambassador who is taken hostage at a Netherlands TV station. There are civilians involved, and a lot of them are not going to be used to this hair-raising situations. Who knows what they do if sone of them tries to play hero.

Vo leaves no room for doubt that things might take a turn for the worse. He even welcomes the possibility of it becoming risky, because “that’s what we do.

Might it be challenging for Wes to assume the role of Fly Team leader given his desire to personalize the team and avoid overreaching? Since Raines, Vo, Smitty, and Amanda have been with the team for a long time and formed a strong core, will Wes manage to integrate seamlessly as they did?
