As a dedicated follower of the arts and politics, I find myself deeply moved by the recent actions of Dennis Quaid. His decision to support Donald Trump at this critical juncture in our nation’s history is not only unexpected but also courageous.

Actor Dennis Quaid attended the political gathering organized by ex-president Donald Trump at Calhoun Ranch in Coachella, California this past Saturday.

The 70-year-old performer, who declared his support for Trump back in May, stepped onto the platform to deliver an address, encouraging the audience to choose a stance.

At the location of the famed music festival, Quaid declared the presidential election this year is a vote between TikTok and the United States Constitution.

I can’t contain my excitement to share this with you all! It seems like we’re at a crossroads, and I believe it’s crucial we make a choice now: Shall we uphold our cherished principles as enshrined in the Constitution or shall we champion TikTok? The decision we make today will shape our future!

Quaid expressed sorrow over the disappearance of a country once known for its affordable credit and abundant oil exports, which were sent to our allies and companions.

Onstage, he discussed his latest leading part, where he depicted Ronald Reagan, the 40th U.S. president, in the biographical drama “Reagan.” This film premiered on August 30.

He told the crowd that while Reagan was his favorite president of the 20th century, Trump is his favorite president of the 21st.

California is not just famously associated with voting Democratic, it’s also the home state of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Earlier in September, while promoting his film Reagan on a press tour, Quaid announced his support for the Republican candidate.

Previously in May, he expressed that he eventually switched his stance and opted to support Trump due to concerns about the “politicization” or misuse of the legal system, as well as appreciation for Trump’s political policies.

In response to your query, ‘Quaid expressed his intention to cast his ballot for him during the upcoming election, stating it was a logical choice.’

He went on to say: “I had decided not to support Trump, but what I’ve observed instead appears to be less about politics and more about the weaponization of our justice system and a threat to our Constitution.

As a devoted adherent, I too recounted a tale concerning my housekeeper, Josie. She’s been with us unofficially for more than a decade, utilizing her sister’s identity documents to reside here.

He remembered that Josie had been employed by him and his family, and constantly dreaded the possibility of being deported throughout those years of her service.

Quaid stated that he offered his support for her citizenship application, including helping her acquire U.S. citizenship, following the election of Donald Trump.

During his speech, Quaid said that the ‘fairy tale called Harris and Biden now just doesn’t work.’

‘Four years ago, peace in the world was not just some kind of fairy tale either,’ he continued.

Achieving tranquility in the Middle East – Trump was almost successful in implementing the Abraham Accords, an agreement that could have officially acknowledged Israel by Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries, paving the way for a long-sought peace dating back to the Biblical times of Ishmael and Isaac.

In the upcoming days, during the last leg of his election effort, Donald Trump plans to stage a campaign event at Madison Square Garden, which is located in New York City, in the run-up to November 5th.
