Dianne Buswell posted some sweet photos of her baby son meeting her friends from Strictly Come Dancing for the very first time.
Dianne Buswell and Joe Sugg recently welcomed their son, Bowden, into the world. The couple, aged 36 and 34 respectively, announced the birth earlier this month.
Vito Coppola, 33, and Michelle Tsiakkas, 30, happily posed for a photo with their baby, Dianne. Vito lovingly held Dianne in his arms as they smiled for the camera.
In another picture, Dianne looked like a loving mother, cuddling her son on the couch alongside Nancy Xu, 34, Vito, and Michelle.
More photos showed the three of them lovingly admiring the sleeping newborn in his white bassinet. Another picture captured a tearful Dianne opening a thoughtful baby gift for their son, Bowden, given to her by friends, with her partner Joe by her side.
She shared a post saying how happy Bowie was to receive a visit from her Uncle Vito, Aunt Nancy, and Aunt Michele, adding a blue heart emoji.
Vito shared a heartwarming message, saying he feels a deep and unconditional love for someone he’s taken under his care. He affectionately described them as having stolen his heart, adding a loving nickname: ‘Bello di zio’ (roughly translated as ‘beautiful nephew’).
While Nancy added: ‘I miss him already’, alongside several tearful and love heart emojis.
Dianne recently shared on Instagram about her experience as a new mother, revealing she spent time in an oxygen chamber a week after giving birth to her first child.
The celebrity known from ‘Strictly Come Dancing,’ who recently became a parent, has been sharing what it’s really like to recover after giving birth, including the challenges of nighttime feedings.
She shared about her first week of motherhood, detailing everything from being pregnant to having her first family Sunday dinner as a new family of three.
She shared a post with these captions: ‘What a week! First, a photo of my baby bump. Then, a throwback to when I used to imagine what our baby’s face would look like. And finally, one last selfie for good luck.’
Okay, so the day started early and ended up being a whirlwind! I’m fast-forwarding through a lot of the middle part because honestly, it was just full. But the best part? Coming home. It was the sweetest welcome – balloons, flowers, delicious food, and just an overwhelming amount of love. It really made everything worthwhile.
Watching the baby is endlessly fascinating. Nighttime feedings are a real challenge, but the beautiful mornings make it all worthwhile. I especially love receiving welcome cards – they always make me tear up, and I’m feeling pretty emotional these days anyway.
11. Recovering in the hyperbaric chamber. 12. Mirror selfies are looking great! 13. Enjoying springtime walks with Dad.
I’m incredibly grateful to Joey for taking such great care of us. I couldn’t have managed everything without their help. This was posted on Sunday.
Okay, so she finally addressed it! I’ve been obsessively checking her Instagram, and she actually said how to pronounce her baby’s name! It’s so unique, I was dying to know if I was saying it right. Seriously, I’m so relieved she cleared that up!
The couple, who first met on the show Strictly Come Dancing in 2018, announced the name of their baby boy: Bowden. His middle names honor both her father, Mark, and Joe’s grandfather, Richard, who passed away in 2021.
Shortly after announcing her baby’s birth, Dianne shared a heartwarming photo of her holding the newborn’s hand and explained how to pronounce the baby’s name.
She explained that the name ‘Bowden Sugg’ is pronounced ‘Bow’ like ‘How,’ not ‘Row,’ hoping that clarifies things.
Dianne shared the happy news with a photo of her sweet baby boy, cradled in her arms, and a picture of her and Joe bringing him home from the hospital.
She captioned the post: ‘Never felt a love like it. Baby Bowden Mark Richard Sugg. 16/03/26.’
Dianne announced she was expecting a baby on Instagram in September, before the new season of Strictly Come Dancing began.
In a video featuring Elton John’s song “Tiny Dancer,” Dianne and Joe playfully pretended to paint a picture together, setting up an easel as part of the scene.
They held up the canvas for the camera, and it showed a simple drawing: two stick figures, one with bright red hair like Dianne’s, holding hands with a baby.
The couple added that their first child was due in 2026 and revealed they were expecting a son.
Joe captioned the clip: ‘Our little baby boy ❤️ we cannot wait to meet you.’
Dianne hinted that the birth was imminent in February in a sweet update.
She created a video montage of her and Joe’s belongings and then added miniature versions.
Dianne signaled she was prepared for the baby’s arrival, having laid out little outfits, shoes, and even a fun onesie inspired by ‘Strictly Come Dancing,’ and then simply said, ‘Now we wait.’
She captioned the Instagram post: ‘When 2 will soon become 3, the last one!’
