Selena Gomez has discussed “medical issues” that prevent her from carrying children.

In a recent chat, the performer who is also known for her role in “Only Murders in the Building,” candidly discussed her experiences with motherhood, revealing that certain complications could potentially endanger both her and the infant.

She shared with Vanity Fair, “This is something I’ve never spoken about before, but due to various health complications, I am unable to bear children of my own. These medical issues pose a risk not only to my life but also to the baby’s. It was something I had to mourn for a period.

She went on to express her deep gratitude for alternatives for those eagerly wanting to become mothers. “I’m among those people,” she said, filled with anticipation for the adventure ahead. “Though it may take a unique form, I don’t mind. What matters is that it will be my journey, my baby.
