3 WWE stars who should show up in other promotions

As a long-time wrestling fan, I’ve had the pleasure of watching some truly remarkable performances and unexpected twists throughout the years. The current landscape of professional wrestling is more exciting than ever before, with free agency and collaboration bringing new opportunities to stars across the industry. In the WWE alone, we’ve seen several talented individuals pop up in surprising places, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

As a passionate fan of professional wrestling, I’m excited about the freedom and partnerships that define the wrestling world in 2024. Stars are popping up in unexpected places, and this is particularly noticeable in the WWE. With their newfound flexibility, several stars have been able to compete in TNA, Bloodsport, and Japanese promotions. Peering into the WWE roster, I can’t help but think of three names that could thrive from a surprise match or stint in another company.

Natalya – Bloodsport

Rumors abound that Natalya has renewed her contract with WWE. With her wealth of experience and undeniable talent, she significantly enhances the women’s division, not just through her in-ring performances but also behind the scenes. The question on everyone’s mind was which company would be lucky enough to have her next, with some speculating a move to All Elite Wrestling. However, it seems Natalya will instead return to WWE. If this is true, allowing her to participate in Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport could provide a refreshing change of pace for her.

Bloodsport is essentially pro wrestling’s tribute to the iconic ’80s action films featuring Jean Claude VanDamme. This entertaining spin on choreographed battles has given rise to intriguing confrontations. The event on July 28 will feature Shayna Baszler versus Miyu Yamashita, as well as Julius Creed and Charlie Dempsey. Natalya could join the lineup, providing an opportunity for her to showcase her catch wrestling skills honed in the Hart Dungeon. Possible matches involving Natalya add an exciting twist, offering a unique perspective on her wrestling career.

AJ Styles – TNA

AJ Styles has been impressing fans this year with outstanding performances against Cody Rhodes and Naomichi Marufuji at NOAH. His skill and talent are undeniable, yet unfortunately, his accomplishments don’t seem to be leading to a significant title run in WWE given the crowded roster of champions. It would be exciting if Styles returned to TNA to continue dominating the wrestling scene.

As a dedicated gamer and follower of TNA’s wrestling scene, I can’t help but reflect on the significant impact Style had on this organization. Though he may have been absent for quite some time, TNA continues to honor his contributions that brought us closer to the success we witness today. Imagine this: I, as a gamer and fan, step foot back into that arena once more. With a spark in my eyes and an unyielding determination, I’d demand a title shot right off the bat. The excitement that would ensue from such a return is a captivating storyline on its own!

The Street Profits – TNA

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins could benefit from a new opportunity. Their stagnation in WWE seems to have lasted for an extended period, and Bobby Lashley’s injury has added to their struggles. With their positions on the depth chart being less desirable than fans acknowledge, it appears that they are not on the verge of receiving a significant push. A brief spell in TNA could generate renewed excitement around them. Consider the potential tag team and singles matches that could transpire with their inclusion in TNA’s roster. This is the revitalizing move they require, and it’s essential to act on this opportunity now.
