The next TV season, starting in 2026-2027, is almost here, and we already know the future of many shows. Networks have set their fall and winter lineups, and streaming services are announcing return dates for popular series. It can be hard to keep track of everything – especially since more shows are premiering mid-season, and some are ending or getting canceled. However, dozens of shows are scheduled to come back in the months ahead.
I’ve been keeping track of when my favorite shows are coming back, and while not every network has released dates yet, most TV schedules are out now. Here’s a list of the renewed shows I’ve found, broken down by where you can watch them in the coming months.

Show Renewals That Are Still To Be Decided
While network television shows usually get renewed quickly, many streaming series are still awaiting decisions about their future after the 2024 season. Several popular titles like Netflix’s Ransom Canyon, Sweet Magnolias, and Beef haven’t been officially picked up for another season yet. Even shows with upcoming releases – including HBO Max’s Lanterns, Prime Video’s Sterling Point and Vought Rising, and Hulu’s Not Suitable For Work – are in limbo, regardless of how well they’ve been received. This means a lot of TV fans are still waiting to find out if their favorite shows will continue.
