The first installment of “The Acolyte” came to an end a few days ago, but despite some improvement in the finale (in my opinion), the criticism against the show from “Star Wars” fans has been harsh. The series has drawn significant fire for valid reasons such as slow pacing, inconsistency with the “Star Wars” universe, and unclear character motivations. However, some criticisms have been unwarranted due to the presence of Black women in the cast. Given this reception, it remains uncertain if Disney will greenlight a second season.

Fans have eagerly anticipated the team-up of Deadpool and Wolverine since the failed attempt in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.” This long-awaited collaboration is now a reality, and it’s shaping up to be an emotional experience for fans. What began as a humorous teaser has blossomed into a movie that may bring tears to the eyes of viewers. I was taken aback when I saw Dafne Keen in the final trailer (feel free to watch it below). Her inclusion was unexpected, but she’s not the only Marvel Comics character who will surprise us in “Deadpool and Wolverine.”
