Zoey Deutsch’s VERY telling reaction goes viral after she is asked about controversial co-star James Franco in twisted game

Okay, so I recently played a really revealing game of ‘Fk, Marry, Kill,’ and it forced me to be honest about some past co-stars. Let’s just say things got a little awkward when James Franco’s name came up! It definitely brought some old, complicated feelings to the surface, and I ended up sharing where I truly stand on the situation.

I’ve been seeing this old clip of actress Rainn Wilson – or, as many know her, ‘Chicks in The Office’ – making the rounds online again, and it’s pretty funny! Basically, she’s playfully deciding which of her former co-stars she’d marry, hook up with, or, well, eliminate. It’s a lighthearted bit that people are rediscovering and sharing, and it’s definitely getting a lot of attention right now.

What really stood out was Deutch’s response when talking about her former co-star from ‘Why Me?’. As the hosts discussed potential rivals, it became clear she’d choose him as the one she’d want to eliminate.

Instead of directly saying which of her colleagues she’d eliminate from the show, Deutsch made her fellow cast members guess, firmly stating she had only one person in mind.

Before the group guessed Franco, 47, Deutch, now 30, confidently announced she had eliminated a player. Later, she jokingly clarified that there was only one person she *would* eliminate.

‘Out of people you have co-starred with?’ one of the hosts said.  

‘Yes. Only one,’ Deutch replied. ‘A lot of marry,’ she added. 

After taking a look at her IMDb, host Mario Ciuffo landed on Franco. 

‘Oh! James Franco!’ she said. 

It was so classic Deutsch! She just smiled when asked if it was her, never actually saying ‘yes.’ Instead, she grabbed the water bottle in front of her, gave this huge grin, and said, ‘I love this water.’ It was such a typical, playful move – she always avoids a direct answer!

Over the summer, a discussion started on Reddit about a video featuring Zoey Deutch and her thoughts on her former co-star, James Franco. The thread was titled ‘Zoey Deutch Isn’t A Fan Of Her Former Co-Star James Franco. Mary, F , & Kill.’

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Franco for comment on Deutch’s remarks.  

Deutch has not exactly been discreet when it comes to her distaste for Franco.

In a 2018 interview on Watch What Happens Live, actress Zoa Deutch shared that she wasn’t a fan of how her former co-star, Ansel Elgort, kissed and said he had unpleasant breath.

‘How do you describe James Franco’s kissing style,’ host Andy Cohen asked Deutch. 

The actress paused for just a moment before wrinkling her lip, and saying dismissively, ‘Meh.’

She then offered a sly smile, prompting Andy to ask her, ‘Not great?’

‘No,’ Zoey replied in an offhand way.

When Andy asked her what was wrong with it, she simply shrugged and said ‘meh,’ agreeing with his idea that it wasn’t very good or particularly memorable.

Honestly, it just *kills* me that she would even mention James’ breath! Like, who even *does* that? And the way she said it – she seemed so pleased with herself for sharing something so… unnecessary and unkind. I just don’t get it! It feels so mean-spirited, and I’m honestly bothered by it.

I always love watching Cohen because he’s so good at getting celebrities to spill the tea about Hollywood! He constantly asks his guests about all the behind-the-scenes drama and, honestly, I live for it. He’s always asking who the best and worst people to work with are, or even who gives the best (or worst!) on-screen kiss. It’s just so fun to hear those stories!

Okay, so when you finally get to hear what they *really* think, expect a lot of polite answers. They’re masters at being nice and giving compliments, or if they don’t want to say much at all, they’ll just keep things super vague. It’s frustrating, honestly, but I get it – they have to be careful! Still, I’m always hoping for something *real* to slip out.

James’ guests rarely criticize him, so when Zoey openly mocked his kissing, it suggested she likely had even stronger negative opinions about him that she hadn’t shared yet.

I’ve noticed she’s spoken about Franco before, and specifically addressed the serious accusations of sexual misconduct leveled against him – it’s all been documented publicly.

In 2018, five women publicly accused actor James Franco of sexual misconduct and taking advantage of people, including some who were students at the film school he started.

I can’t believe this is coming out now! Apparently, two women are saying that when Tom ran Studio 4, his acting school, he… he basically pressured students into doing really awful, inappropriate things. They’re saying it was all about exploitation and making them uncomfortable, and now they’re suing him over it. It’s just… devastating to hear. I always thought he was such a good guy, but this paints a really disturbing picture. I’m honestly heartbroken and trying to process all of this.

Franco at first said the accusations weren’t true, but later reached a $2.2 million settlement with the two women who had filed lawsuits against him.

However, Deutch seems quick to accept the claims made against him. He’s shared several negative tweets about himself and publicly supported those accusing him.

She expressed immense pride and admiration for those who had spoken out about James Franco, as reported in a 2018 New York Post article. She acknowledged the difficulty of deciding to come forward, understanding all the potential benefits and drawbacks involved.

She also told Bustle in February 2018 how she felt about his denial.

She said she was stunned by his public statement, in which he claimed to support and uplift women generally, but denied the accusations made against him personally.
