Zoe Kravitz breaks silence on Channing Tatum split

Zoe Kravitz recently spoke up about her separation from Channing Tatum, expressing that she holds him in high regard and continues to care for him deeply.

In October, it became known that the previous pair mutually agreed to terminate their engagement and part ways, following a three-year romantic journey together.

The news about their separation emerged mere months following the premiere of Kravitz’s first directorial effort, titled “Blink Twice“, where Tatum portrays a tech mogul with questionable intentions.

In a recent chat with Elle, Kravitz was queried whether her separation influenced her perspective on the movie.

“Not at all,” she replied. “I love this thing that we made together, and I care for him very much.

Hearing about his outstanding performance really touches my heart, and it fills me with joy knowing it transpired. I’m simply filled with gratitude for having shared this experience with him.

Speaking highly of her ex-fiancé, Kravitz commented: “He’s brimming with potential, and I believe he’s at a point in his acting career where he feels very assured. People are discovering new aspects of him, which is wonderful. He has a wealth of talent to share, so I can’t wait for everyone to continue seeing more of it.

A little over a week before their separation made headlines, it was disclosed that Kravitz and Tatum had agreed to appear in an upcoming Zellner Brothers’ alien invasion comedy, titled “New Comedy About Aliens.” Joining them in this star-studded cast are Cate Blanchett, Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, Léa Seydoux, and Riley Keough.

Under the title Alpha Gang, the upcoming movie tells the story of extraterrestrial conquerors who assume the identity of a 1950s motorcycle gang, embarking on a campaign to infiltrate Earth. But their ruthless objectives are disrupted when they become susceptible to “humans’ most infectious ailment” – emotions.

Blink Twice is available to stream now on Prime Video and Apple TV+.
