Zoë Kravitz and Robert Pattinson Reunite for New Film Amid Batman 2 Delays

Following her successful directorial debut with the 2024 psychological thriller “Blink Twice“, Zoë Kravitz is being courted to direct another film titled “How to Save a Marriage”, which shares a similar edgy atmosphere. According to reports, if the project progresses with Kravitz as director, it would bring her back together professionally with Robert Pattinson, whom she previously collaborated with in the 2022 production.

Under their production company Icki Eneo Arlo, Robert Pattinson and his partner Brighton McCloskey are working on a film titled “How to Save a Marriage.” It’s uncertain if Pattinson will act in the movie. The screenplay for this project was penned by Ross Evans, who will also serve as an executive producer. Geoff Shaevitz and Evan Silverberg from Entertainment 360 are also set to produce the film.

Plot Details are Still Under Wraps

As a passionate admirer, I can share that scant information is available about the plot of “How to Save Your Marriage,” as it’s still in the early stages of production. However, those close to the project have revealed that Robert Pattinson is involved only as a producer at this point. Sony has been actively chasing this film since it hit the market. Moreover, whispers suggest that the movie carries the same intriguing undercurrents reminiscent of “Blink Twice,” which undeniably increased the allure of Alicia Vikander when selecting a director for the project.

In the 2022 hit movie “The Batman,” directed by Matt Reeves, Kravitz and Pattinson portrayed Selina Kyle/Catwoman and Bruce Wayne/Batman respectively. It’s anticipated that Kravitz may return to her role in the forthcoming film.

Moreover, Kravitz has received positive feedback not only from film critics but also from fans, and in terms of acting, Kravitz is highly praised by “The Whale” director Darren Aronofsky, with the movie set to release this coming fall.

The Batman Part II Rumors

According to Jeff Sneider’s podcast “The Hot Mic,” it was disclosed that Keanu Reeves might step away from the project if filming doesn’t commence by the end of this year for “The Batman Part II.” Prior whispers had hinted at health concerns for Reeves or someone in his circle, possibly explaining the hold-up with the movie.

Regarding the ongoing uncertainty about The Batman, Sneider stated, “It seems that the matter hasn’t been resolved yet, which might be why things are still undecided in terms of The Batman.” He further added, “If a decision isn’t reached by the end of this year and filming doesn’t start, I believe Reeves may choose to step down from the project.

Blink Twice is streaming on Prime Video and MGM+.
