As a seasoned cinema enthusiast with a keen eye for Hollywood gossip, I must admit that the reported split between Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum has left me somewhat disheartened. The couple seemed like a dynamic duo, both on-screen and off, their chemistry as electric as the characters they played – Catwoman and Gambit.
A possible rephrased version could be: If you blink twice, it seems like the romantic relationship between Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz) and Gambit (Channing Tatum) might have ended: It’s said that they have parted ways in real life.
According to various sources, the actor who played Batman in a movie and the actor known for his roles as Deadpool and Wolverine have ended their relationship, which had lasted for three years.
On Wednesday, The Times reached out to representatives for both Kravitz (aged 35) and Tatum (aged 44), but they didn’t provide an immediate response regarding our request for confirmation.
No reason for the split was given, according to People and TMZ.
Last autumn, it’s said that the actors became engaged, but more recently, Kravitz has been observed without her engagement ring. In August, the duo made an appearance together at the Los Angeles premiere of Kravitz’s directorial debut, “Blink Twice,” a psychological thriller she penned as well. Notably, this film also features Tatum briefly, with Kravitz making a small appearance in it too.
At the premiere, Kravitz shared with People that art serves as a form of expression that she and Tatum deeply appreciate: “I believe it’s something we both cherish, and we enjoy discussing it, exploring it together, and backing each other up.
In January 2023, the actor famous for “21 Jump Street” and “Magic Mike” shared with Vanity Fair that Kravitz was an individual he felt inspired to collaborate with, as she possesses a unique, insightful outlook on life.
As a movie enthusiast, I found myself intrigued by the romantic entanglements of Zoë Kravitz, the talented actress, in 2021. Fresh off her breakups with actors Karl Glusman and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, she unexpectedly began dating none other than Channing Tatum. The divorced duo, who share a 13-year-old daughter, made their split official in September of the same year.
Prior to Tuesday’s news articles suggesting their split, Tatum shared a news piece regarding his upcoming collaboration with the “Big Little Lies” actress on his social media. The next day, Deadline announced that they had been chosen for the “Alpha Gang” movie, alongside Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, Léa Seydoux, Riley Keough, and Cate Blanchett. Later, Tatum also shared Bautista’s Instagram post about the Zellner brothers’ alien invasion comedy on his account.
