Legendary Swedish footballer, Zlatan Ibrahimović, is set to grace the cover of EA SPORTS’ forthcoming special edition for FIFA 26, dubbed the Ultimate Edition.
The powerful forward, who kicked off his professional career with Swedish team Malmö FF and later played for several top European clubs such as Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain, Ajax, and Manchester United, will feature on the game cover. EA Sports refers to the image as a replica of the famous photo of Zlatan Ibrahimović during his time at Malmö.
EA reveals that the cover is filled with Easter eggs representing the superstar’s most memorable moments, and they have verified that his childhood team, Malmo, will be available to play in the forthcoming FIFA 26 game.
This summer, the new edition in Electronic Arts’ four-decade-old football simulation series, labeled FC 26, is set to be released. Keep an eye out for further updates as they become available.
