Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) 1.2 codes
The ZZZ 1.2 stream revealed a code to help you save up for the upcoming new characters. Redeem them in-game via Menu > More > Enter Redemption Code, or through a web browser here.
Following the given link within the code will effortlessly populate a web form in your browser. However, it’s crucial to remember that you’ll have to sign in with your credentials and then choose the appropriate region and account for access.

Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 stream recap
New Characters: Caesar King and Burnice
Two fresh figures will join the game with this latest release. One of them is Caesar King, head of the Sons of Calydon group. In terms of playability, she’s classified as an S-Rank Physical Defense Agent, capable of providing the team with protective barriers.
Burnice White serves as the second freshly introduced playable character. She holds a top-tier rank, that of a Fire Anomaly Agent, and possesses the ability to swiftly inflict burns on enemies with her dual flamethrowers.
A new S-Rank Bangboo, Red Moccus, will also be added to the Bangboo pool.
New area and story in ZZZ 1.2
In ZZZ 1.2, players can delve into the unexplored region known as the Outer Ring, as the tale of Phaethon unfolds further.
Similar to our previous adventure with Jane Doe, let’s embark on the new Phaethon Story: Tour De Inferno together, this time with Burnice.
Other new additions in ZZZ 1.2
Two new Drive Disc sets will be added:
Chaos Jazz
- 2-piece Set: Anomaly Proficiency +30
- 4-piece Set: Fire DMG and Electric DMG are increased by 15%. When off-field, DMG dealt by EX Special Attacks and Assist Attacks is increased by 20%. When the character switches back onto the field, this buff continues for 5s. The lasting effect can be triggered once every 7s.
Proto Punk
- 2-piece Set: Shield Effect +15%
- 4-piece Set: When any squad member triggers a Defensive Assist or Evasive Assist, all squad members deal 15% increased DMG, lasting 10s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.
Quality of life improvements
HoYoverse announced several quality of life improvements for Zenless Zone Zero version 1.2.
In this update, we’re introducing a feature called “Backup Power Reserve”. Any extra charge your battery gets beyond its normal capacity will be stored as Backup Power Reserve, which can be used whenever needed in the future.
The TV setting is undergoing significant upgrades, and from now on, you won’t have to revisit certain areas to grab missed incentives because Fairy can handle it autonomously. Additionally, you’ll notice quicker animations and fewer close-up shots, enhancing the overall experience in the TV mode.
Pre-set teams are now available for use.
In version 1.4, HoYoverse has announced that players will have the ability to change and control any agent they prefer, allowing them to traverse the entire game world.
