Zara McDermott has ended her relationship with Sam Thompson and is now living with her new boyfriend, Louis Tomlinson.

The Love Island alum has removed all pictures of Sam from her social media accounts, and sources at The Sun report this happened recently.

As a couple, Zara and Sam used to post a lot of social media content together.

They enjoyed participating in popular TikTok and Instagram trends, and often shared sweet photos and affectionate posts about their relationship.

But their activity came to a stop when their split was confirmed on New Year’s Eve 2024.

Daily Mail has contacted Zara and Sam’s representatives for comment.

Zara has moved in with her boyfriend, Louis, who lives in a large, expensive house in north London. This move comes after Zara briefly returned to live with her parents following her split from Sam and a move out of their shared home in Fulham.

Sources close to the couple revealed they’ve fallen for each other and Zara has been spending almost all her time at his home, to the point where it feels like she’s moved in. She’s even begun filming her social media content from his place instead of her family home.

Since Louis and her parents don’t live close together, it’s understandable that she’s been spending more time at Louis’s place.

Zara and Louis are very much in love and enjoy spending all their free time together. They travelled a lot over the summer, and now that they’re back in the UK, Zara often stays at Louis’s place.

The Daily Mail has approached Zara and Louis’ representatives for comment.

Zara and Louis shared their first Instagram post as a couple, a photo of them kissing, with Louis commenting ‘I love you’. Their families seem to approve of the relationship; Zara’s brother called them a ‘beautiful couple,’ and Louis’ sister simply wrote ‘love love’.

News of Zara and Louis dating first surfaced five months ago, after they began seeing each other earlier in the year. Now, those close to them say their relationship has become serious.

Sam and Zara ended their relationship in December, following a holiday season spent separately.

According to a source, Sam and Zara have broken up. It was a very tough decision, and they still care deeply for each other.

After a challenging year, the couple has decided to separate and will now focus on their own careers in 2025.

Their separation isn’t due to any drama or conflict; it simply happened because they both were very busy with their own work this past year.

The last time anyone saw them together was in December, when they were celebrating Zara’s birthday. Sam posted a loving message on Instagram for the occasion, calling Zara his ‘soulmate’ and ‘best friend’.

Sam was seen on his hands and knees, jokingly cowering in embarrassment.

During the show, Sam shared that he’d been going through a difficult time after his breakup with Zara, and he thanked Pete for supporting him through it.

He described Pete as someone who appears strong and resilient on the outside, but is actually very sensitive and complex underneath – comparing him to an onion with countless layers.
