Later on, insiders shared with TMZ that Efron accidentally swallowed a significant amount of water into his lungs while he was swimming with friends.
After High School Musical, there were indications of trouble and it seemed briefly disoriented or confused.
After the authorities quickly reached Efron, they decided to transport him to a hospital for preventative care.
After having X-rays done to confirm that his lungs were free from any liquid, the doctors at the facility gave Efron a clean bill of health medically.
