Yungblud fans go WILD as he reveals Florence Pugh is starring in his music video for new song Zombie

On Wednesday, the 27-year-old English musician-composer announced some thrilling news on his social media platforms, hinting that it might drop as early as Friday.

On Friday, Dominic Harrison, also known as Yungblud, posted a picture featuring a movie clapperboard bearing the name of Florence Pugh from The Suicide Squad. He accompanied it with the caption “[Two eye emojis] @florencepugh”.

‘I’m so proud of you and what we made. Well done babe’, Florence commented.

Florence, 29, additionally reposted his post on her Insta Story with the caption “Exciting things coming up.

According to The Sun, the upcoming track “Zombie” from Florence’s new album “IDOLS,” set for release on June 20, features her portraying a nurse in its music video.

Last month, during a preview of his upcoming album, Yungblud hinted that a popular British actress would feature in one of his music videos.

He mentioned that a well-known, British actress is featured in the video – it’s bound to become legendary. The title of this track is “Zombie.

The composition is a ballad, and as a songwriter, my experience has been that while attempting to narrate a particular incident, I strive not to impose my emotions onto the listener when they listen to it.

Lately, it’s been disclosed that Yungblud feels he has discovered the one true love of his life – none other than Cher’s goddaughter. This revelation comes after they had ended their relationship due to a phase of deep-seated insecurity.

After a series of unsuccessful relationships, he found himself in a lasting commitment with the Los Angeles-dwelling singer-cum-fashion designer, Jesse Jo Stark. Notably, one of his past dalliances was a brief romance with Halsey.

However, in an extensive conversation on the We Need To Talk podcast hosted by Paul C. Brunson this week, Jesse, aged 34, consented to a brief period apart while dealing with the stresses associated with being under public scrutiny.

In 2020, Yungblud shared that this was an unusual year for him due to being apart from what is likely his greatest source of love, as he requested some distance for the first time.

‘Last year I was really having problems with myself and it was all a me problem.’ 

He mentioned, “Jesse Stark is her name. I believe she might just be the most extraordinary individual I’ve come across, and she happens to be my dearest friend. I am incredibly fortunate to have her in my life.

Born in Doncaster, the celebrity openly stated that he frequently communicates with Jesse, a young woman who has a special connection: She’s the daughter of Richard Stark, the founder and CEO of the prestigious Chrome Hearts brand, and is also cherished as a goddaughter by the music legend Cher.

Yungblud said: ‘I got to talk this through with her and she understood and she needed a moment. 

We chat each Sunday, and it seems that no matter where my life’s journey takes me, it inevitably leads to her. This is because I have a deep affection for her that I’ve never felt before.

I adore her as much as everything I hold dear. And my affection for her is akin to the need I have for water. It’s essential to me. Furthermore, I believe that the depth of love we share is unique because being so honest with one another, even during periods when we are not physically together, allows us to connect on an unparalleled level.

Even though they parted ways, the singer remained optimistic about starting a family with Jesse in the future, as long as he manages to address and overcome the emotional challenges that caused their split first.

He shared that right now, he felt it was essential for him to establish the core elements of his character. He admitted he had been like an empty vessel, unsure of what he could cherish.

I plan to spend the rest of my life loving her, and if things work out as we hope, I dream of one day having many children together and sharing a lifetime of happiness. However, if this isn’t meant to be, I accept it as it is.

In 2019, Yungblud had a brief romantic involvement with Halsey, another rising pop artist. They dated for several months while both were climbing up the ladder of success in their respective music careers.

He remembered thinking: “I kept my distance from her, and it felt like two forces clashing. I believe our relationship didn’t succeed for that reason. It was quite dramatic. We just didn’t complement each other well.
