YouTuber Catherine Paiz is expecting her first child with new husband Igor Ten.
The popular internet personality, 35, shared the news on Instagram Stories Monday. She had previously discussed her marriage to Austin McBroom earlier in the year.
She shared the news with a full-body mirror selfie first posted on Snapchat, writing, ‘Hey everyone… I’ve been pretty quiet lately… which isn’t typical for me. Thanks to everyone who’s reached out to see how I’m doing. Here’s a happy reason why.’
These two videos were filmed in a hotel room in Doha, Qatar, just before the person took a pregnancy test.
Catherine shared that today marks exactly one month since her wedding day, which took place on October 27th.
I was so excited when she posted a picture of her positive pregnancy test! Her caption said ‘I’m pregnant!!!!!’ and she admitted she was totally shocked – honestly, I was shocked for her! It was such a happy announcement.
Catherine hinted to her seven million followers that she’d be sharing more on Snapchat, explaining she was feeling too sick to post on Instagram.
She noted, ‘1st trimester is no joke.’
The online creator, known for her family videos with her former partner Austin, is already a mother of three: nine-year-old Elle, seven-year-old Alaïa, and five-year-old Steel.
Her husband Igor, a Brazilian painter and tattoo artist, shared the baby news in a post of his own.
The father-to-be shared, ‘Becoming a dad has been a dream of mine for a long time.’
He shared a photo of himself and his wife in bed, each holding one side of a positive pregnancy test.
The caption went on to say that from the moment I met Cat, I knew she’d be an amazing mother, and I’m thrilled to announce that this is finally happening.
I promise to be the most loving and supportive father and the devoted husband she deserves. ❤️
Igor and his partner shared news of their engagement in September with beautiful professional photos and a sweet message.
He wrote that he proposed to the person who inspires him on Valentine’s Day in February 2025 – a moment he’ll never forget. He described it as the start of a new and fulfilling chapter in his life, filled with love and personal growth that continues to this day.
He shared that his love for her had grown and now beautifully includes their three wonderful children: Elle, Alaïa, and Steel.
Honestly, getting to know them has completely changed my life. I never knew love like this even existed – it’s just…so pure and intense. It’s not just that I love them, it’s that they’re actually changing me, showing me what real love truly is and revealing a whole new side of myself I never knew was there. It’s incredible.
